Indeed 5 star experience! Thank you Sachi for your patience. This is my first time here. From the parking to greeting haircut wash and massage all are very pleasant. The price here is very reasonable. I also bought shampoo they made of their own beauty smell. Highly recommend

I always ask for Sachi who is so sweet and kind and always delivers what I want from a haircut! I usually find it helpful to bring in inspiration pictures to show her as I'm not great at describing what I want and she has never failed me, you can tell she knows what she's doing. She also gives amazing head and shoulder massages and I always look forward to getting my haircut from her!

Best customer service! Chika and all the ladies are always patient, kind and gentle dealing with your hair. They're not like other hairdressers that can sometimes pull your hair painfully. Highly recommended to all!

Recommend! Go find Kumi and she will give you the perfect color！

The staff were lovely and the finished colour was soooo good,,, a bit of a hard location to get to though but in terms of hair really happy with it, would come back for a cut

Lovely customer service and Masa is extremely skilled and considerate of his valued clients. I have been consistently going to Poco a Poco since my first visit and have always had a pleasant experience. However, the price is quite expensive for a haircut but to tell you the truth it is totally worth the experience you will receive for a haircut. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely LOVELY customer service. I had been well taken care of from my hairstylist start to finish. This was my first time at this place, and I loved everything about it. Magazines were offered to read, as well as a selection of beverages to choose from whilst my hair was being worked on. Gentle yet thorough, along with slight massages, and positive smiles all round. The experience overall was just amazing, and is the best hair salon that I've visited so far. Great job with team management, and interaction skills. It's all such a positive environment too. Well worth 5 stars from me. Not to mention the final product was delightful, looking forward to visiting again.

The one and only hairdresser I’ve been going to since 2010. Never disappointed. They are so professional and pay a lot of attention to detail, like the head massage, lavender scented hot towel under the neck, the shoulder and back massage at the end of the haircut, and the lollipop when you pay. Simply the best!

I love this place. I have been coming here for the last 5 years. Sakura is great, I always to get her to perm my hair. When getting a hair cut I am always happy to book with any one of the stylists there - they all do a great job. They don't rush through appointments - they are completely dedicated to you for the whole time you are there. They are very busy so you will need to book in advance - sometimes two weeks if you want the weekend!

Excellent service and techniques. I always ask for Chika as my hair stylist but I know (from my friends who goes there) all stylist there are highly skilled. It's definitely worth your money. I recommend to book at least a week before, it is pretty hard to get an appointment sometimes.

Really really good customer service. Really really Nice place. However, not the best result I had...misunderstood of what I want....you know a little bit disappointing feeling?...but kinda of fixed it at the end.. feel sorry I had to give 4 stars....but will definitely recommend this place to my friends...

Very disappointed with Poco a Poco. Had a haircut and perm done and the stylist burnt my scalp. During the session, I told her several times that it is too hot but she is so slow to response. Now, I am suffering the pain on my scalp. Hoping it won't get any infection. I used to love this place but I guess, I will need to find a new one now.

I love getting my hair cut here! Not at all expensive considering you get a head massage and a lollipop, and everything smells soooo good. And then you walk out of there with excellent hair and a slight sugar high. Perfect. I love you poco a poco!

Really good experience. I'm in NZ for 6 weeks and needed to get a quick fix. It was my first time going to Poco a Poco. Kumi cut my hair. She was thoughtful and checked that I was okay with each step. I was happy with all of her decisions and the end product. I would add that coming from a bigger city like London, where things can be quite hectic, the approach here is much more relaxed. Our appointment started a bit late. Even then, I was glad that Kumi took the time to cut my hair, it didn't feel like she was rushing through it. The staffs here always pick up the phone call, though this occasionally meant that they had to pause the haircut to talk to customers on the phone. I didn't mind at all as it indicated good customer service. I think they might have been busier than usual, as they just returned from the Christmas/New year break. I would come back if I am in the country a bit longer. Would recommend this place to both locals/travellers.

Best experience ever!!! I got hair cut from Sachi and I promise that she’s the best. My hair was super messy but now I really love my hair and it’s exactly what I wanted. Thanks a lot Sachi!! I’m 100% sure that I’ll visit here again.

All the staffs are very skilled hairstylists. I've been getting my haircut at Poco a Poco for over several years now but I have never come home unsatisfied. I even take my 3 year old daughter now and they are great with kids too.

These guys are the best. Skilful and unhurried, they will make you feel like a special customer. A wonderful mini massage is part of the amazingly low price.

Been going to this hairdresser for a few years now, never a disappointment. The attention to detail and the service is fantastic. I don't like the music, but that takes nothing away from the service and delivery. A 5 star for sure.

The staff are always helpful and give recommendation for your hair cut. It's just you have to pre book a week in advance cause it's always full.

A bit higher than normal price, but you get superb quality hair cut style and service. You will get more than what you pay. Strongly Recommend.
