Precious beauty is the only place I trust with my eyebrows! You get an excellent service every time. I always feel comfortable and at ease with Rachana she’s amazing! 10/10 definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Great family run business. Have been a loyal customer to them for many many years. Very warm, and welcoming whānau which I find makes the entire experience even more relaxing and pleasant. Rachana is very receptive and seems to know and have a great relationship with her regular clients - having regulars says speaks volumes about the service she provides! Would definitely recommend trying out services offered by Precious Beauty

Friendly, clean and welcoming clinic run by a lovely husband and wife team. I always feel comfortable and at ease with Rachana and trust her with my eyebrows. I have been coming to her for a few years for an eyebrow shape and tint and she consistently does a great job and has a very caring and calming approach. :)

I make the effort to travel out to precious in Mt Roskill because it’s so hard to find someone who can shape my eyebrows properly she always gets my eyebrows on point I definitely recommend. The room is also always clean quiet and ready for when I go in.

I have been coming here with my mum since I was around 15 years old, now 22. I have gotten body wax's, eyebrows, full face etc.. Rachana and her husband are very friendly and super welcoming. I stopped coming for a couple of years due to how far it was from me.. But recently came back because of my eyebrows getting ruined from another place I was going too. Rachana fixed my shape and bought my eyebrows back to how they used to be which made me very appreciative because my eyebrows were thinned out from the previous person doing it. It is definitely my go to place, I no longer go to anyone except her :) And I advise it to anyone that asks for a good beauty shop :)

I've been getting my eyebrows done here for a while now and they never fail to impress me! The price is amazing and my eyebrows always come out on point and 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone! Last year i got my hair done here as well and it was very good!!!

My family and I have been going to Precious for a few years now. The decor/ambience drew us in and we've never looked back. Rachna is always very polite and gentle. She is very consistent in her work and literally always does eyebrows to perfection! Sandeep is very professional and has great customer service.

I have been going to precious beauty for a few years now. I always get my eyebrows threaded here. Rachna is extremely talented, professional , friendly and is very down to earth. I have tried so many places for threading and always leave disappointed but I love how Rachna does my eyebrows and thats why I keep going back! Rachna also did my bridal makeup and mehndi for my wedding and I’m so glad i didn’t go to anyone else for it because she made me look like a princess. After getting my eyebrows ruined by different people at various salons, I finally found Precious Beauty from a recommendation of a friend. Rachana fixed them and I will now not let anyone else touch them ! Since then, my sisters and I have become regular clients. Not only we just get them properly shaped, we get royal treatment and feel pampered in the nice atmosphere the salon has to offer. A++++ service and quality of work. Superb customer service. We will continue to come back and then come back again !

Been coming here to get my brows done since they first opened. I tend to just do walk ins whilst shopping and am always greeted with a smile and allowed to sit & wait. The one time they couldn’t see me straight away I was told to come back in 45mins which was easy. Friendly staff, excellent value, lovely clean premises & most importantly she listens! I hate places where they overdo your brows then you got to look ugly till they grow back! None of that here! I leave looking good every time. Thank you 😁

Best Salon in Mount Roskill area. Rachna and Sandeep are both very welcoming and friendly. I have been going there for almost 4 years till now with zero complaints. I have been coming to Precious Beauty for the past 5 months. She is great at threading! In the past, I tried different threading locations and no one has done a better job than Precious Beauty . People have actually complimented my eyebrows and have asked where I get them done! The salon is very comfortable and there is a private room for getting your eyebrows done. I like the privacy of her threading room as opposed to the chairs or open threading place in the mall where others are watching you. Precious Beauty had a nice bed in the room that you can comfortably lay on...no more awkwardly leaning your neck back on chairs! She also took a minute to look at my brows to see what shape would be flattering (something most beautician don't do..). I explained that I recently tried out another beautician who left my brows in bad condition, so she skillfully threaded my brows and left some hair, where new hairs would grow in. Her method of shaping is so gentle that I was just talking away--I didn't even notice the pain at all! She was super sweet and is such an easy person to talk to, you can tell she genuinely cares for her clients. I also did a brow tint with her natural products and the result looks so natural but makes such a difference, definitely try it! She is truly gifted; The man (owner ) at the desk is welcoming and helpful in scheduling/rescheduling my appointments. He was wonderful and made me feel totally comfortable! He explained the process and we had a lovely conversation. The salon is usually pretty booked so definitely make your appointments ahead of time & it'll be totally worth it! You won't regret it! I've tried many beauty salon & I'm so glad I ended up at Precious Beauty. It was a wonderful experience & I highly recommend going to Precious Beauty ! 100/100 .

Simply brilliant. Thank you so much for fixing my eyebrows in a moment. I have been going to another salon and everytime I was getting a different person to do my eyebrows. There was no consistency and I had different shapes and sizes all the time. I am glad I found you guys and not only the services are great but the salon is clean, neat, tidy and hygienic. I also appreciate the fact that all treatments are done in the private rooms. This gives me the privacy and the comfort that no other people are staring at me ! Had a great first time service and will certainly come back to you guys. Most highly recommended. A+.

Every time I step foot into Precious Beauty, i feel like I'm walking into my second home. I'm always greeted with welcoming arms and a huge smile from both the therapist and the owner . The whole salon leaves you with a heart warming feeling , decor is elegant and the cleanliness is second to none. Therapist are the most professional I have ever come across, they are friendly and very helpful when asking about products and also with my inquisitive nature about every step of the treatments that I am receiving. Every treatment is completed to perfection and they always ask if I am happy before I dare leave. All and all I would honestly say I do not have a single complaint about the salon, I'm only ever sad when it is my time to leave although I never leave until my next appointment is in the books, so as sad as i am leaving it always means that I have something to look forward to again. I have had so many bad experiences with getting my eyebrows threaded but since coming into Precious Beauty I have always left happy. I can make booking online and receive confirmation pretty much straight away. The cost is great! I travel from Manurewa (Home) and also Penrose (Work) and I wouldnt have it any other way. I love the place, the service and the staff. Thank you I have beautiful eyebrows :)

I found this clinic around 3years ago after trying a variety of other beauty clinics. Fortunately, i didnt have to look for another one in 3 years. Rachna is very talented and professional. She is perfecto, especially with eyebrows.

Rachana is really good at her job. My family has been coming to Precious for years . She is very nice and professional. She knows what looks good and has the best recommendations. She takes her time when working on a client even when she is all booked up and busy for the day. I would recommend making an appointment a week in advance, especially for a weekend appointment so you don't have to wait so long when you get there. Highest Recommendation. A+.

Rachana was my bridal henna artist this October for my Indian wedding. She was incredibly responsive, professional, on time, creative, and super fast with her henna skills. She arrived on the Wednesday before my wedding to my parent's house to provide me with personalized one on one attention and then again on the Thursday before my wedding to provide henna services for all of our guests at the Henna Party. She is very talented and super quick in her application of henna. I would highly recommend Rachana for your future wedding henna needs!

Rachana did the hair and make up and dressup for myself, 3 bridesmaids and mum on the big day. Her patient, relaxed and positive attitude on the day and the trial day was incredible and we all absolutely loved our hair and make up. My bridesmaids all commented on how brilliant she was and how well it lasted. They said the make up was still on beautifully at the end of the night! Rachana immediately understood what I was hoping to achieve and seemed able to read my mind, I was so happy with the end result after being known for being particularly self deprecating I honestly felt wonderful and have her to thank for that! Even going the extra mile and staying behind to help me with my dress, shoes, jewellery and veil she was so lovely and I really felt I was in the company of an old friend I was so relaxed! I will always be grateful to her for making me feel truly beautiful on that special day. I know when looking for a hair and make up artist it can be extremely daunting looking over all the different websites and prices can be extortionate...but I would recommend Rachana over and over again, not only the perfect professional but a fabulous, lovely person through and through, Lots of love from an eternally grateful bride!
