There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have come across an amazing group of professionals! From exceptional customer service to the incredible eye for detail - I am beyond obsessed with my new hairstyle. A big special mention to Hina & Vjosa & their team - I came in with a simple photo and you have just exceeded all expectations! Completely smashed it out of the park! This place is a well-oiled machine! If you're looking for a salon that caters to your needs but also gives excellent hair advice + tips LOOK NO FURTHER!!

Hina and team are fantastic, quickly converting me from my previous no appointment necessary buzz cut hair cut to a great easy care style that looks far better Nothing is a problem for this team of professionals. Give them a try like I did, you wont be disappointed

Great salon and staff, especially Hina who has been my stylist going on a year. I have very curly hair and am not the easiest client as I have specific needs and asks when it comes to cutting my hair. But Hina is so patient and gentle with my every ask. Would highly recommend.

I was served by Chloe who took so much time discussing with me what I wanted. She also gave me heaps of professional advice about styles that would be hard to maintain afterwards. No one has done better highlights on me. Her cut style was also perfect. I think I've now found my permanent salon after years of searching.

I've been going to Rodney Wayne Eastridge for the last 10 years. My hairdresser Hina is exceptionally friendly and efficient, and I always walk away happy with the result. There's lots of free parking and the lovely head massage while getting my hair washed is an added bonus!

Hina knows exactly how to get the best from my hair - perfect colour and cut. She also listens when I have ideas and even accommodates me when she disagrees (longer hair lasted a week after lockdown) and then does her magic. And the scalp massages are to die for:-)

Hina has been my stylist for over a year now, and she’s fantastic. I came to her after a number of failed attempts to find a good barber, which had left me with a terrible haircut. My daughter had her hair cut with Hina. She’s fantastic has a lovely manner and did an awesome job! The cut was pretty dramatic, my daughter decided to donate her long hair and settled on a short pixie style. Hina was extremely supportive to get it right so we could send the cut hair to Freedom Wigs in Dunedin.

Professional but friendly, Hina always makes me feel I'm a valued client. She has a great eye for colour and I always leave feeling pampered but also happy with my style.

The staff here are just lovely, especially Chloe! She helped me choose the perfect GHD styler and even gave me a demo of how to use it myself ans advice on styling products. An enjoyable time is always had here in the company of such fine, friendly staff with excellent customer service.

Hina has been doing my hair now for over 5 years and always creates something special. She has lately been working on my hair for a 'red - carpet' worthy look for my first national competition on stage. She is very competent and always understands what I try and want to look like :)

I’ve been coming to Hina for 8 years. I don’t have the easiest hair to cut but Hina does a great job. I have never had a bad haircut! From a professional mans perspective it’s good value for money and an enjoyable experience.

I have been coming to Hima for over 6 years. At the time my hair had been totally messed up by another salon.i just happened upon Rodney Wayne Eastridge and more especially Hina. Since finding Hina my hair has looked amazing. I have total confidence in her and let her decide what she wants to do with my hair both in cut and colour. She is so good that even though I have moved away from Auckland I still make the journey of nearly 2 hours as I won't go anyway else.

I had a stylist named Chloe at the Eastridge salon and I have to say she is amazing. I had my hair cut and coloured. She had amazing attention to detail and even though they were closing down she didn't rush. I absolutely love how my hair looks. Thanks Chloe!

I have been coming to your Eastridge Salon since february 2019 after having a very good cut at the Bayfair Mt Maunganui in January on holiday. I have been seeing HINA each visit. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had ( I GO BACK A FEW YEARS).She knows exactly the right style for me . The hair shampoo ladies Grace....are fantastic too..best head massage I have ever had too. The whole experience is 10/10 and I am only too happy to recomend Rodney Wayne Eastridge to family and friends.

Amazing service. I am really picky with my colour and the girls did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional and really really good at creating a clean blonde colour. I would definitely recommend. Also love that they stock lots of different products so you are not limited to just one product.

This is a full-throated five stars. As far as I recall, Rodney Wayne Eastridge has been a stalwart business in the neighbourhood since opening in the mid-ninties. I've been a regular here since moving back a few years ago. Hina has looked after me, giving me a great look every time I come in. I can trust her judgement and prowess to give me a cut that suits me without my needing to stress about the details. She is one of a privileged few whom gets genuine follow through from my polite acquiescence to leave a social media review. All the staff are great, I really love the washes, I'm always offered a drink. Great experience, great results.

Great experience! Much thanks to Hina and the team, went in wanting a change but not really sure to what, came out absolutely stoked with my gorgeous colouring that was natural enough for an office job. Had never been before, found this place from previous google map reviews. Would highly recommend!
