Love this place so much. All of the staff are so wonderful and talented and they handle my hair perfectly every time despite it being a hectic job (10+ years of blonde foils or bleaching). Defo recommend

The best hair dressers / barbers that I have been to in a long time! The late-night appointments and online booking system is a life saver!

I usually don't usually post reviews on google for anything other than restaurants, but my experience here was so good I just have to give them the 5 stars! Brandon (senior stylist and salon owner) normally cuts my hair and he is very thorough with his consultation and provides very insightful suggestions based on hair texture, face shape etc. prior to the cut. I have very dense hair that tends to frizz up really easy, and honestly, Brandon just gets it! He knows how to work with thick asian hair. I have never been disappointed with my cuts. My hair always looks feminine and polished but still sightly edgy. It's so scary to go to a new place and put your trust in someone who has the ability to ruin your hair that you work so hard to take care of, but Brandon was fantastic. As for my colour, Jess is a real pro. I have never been disappointed with my colour. She is basically an artist in the salon, absolute magic! Everyone is extremely nice, from the assistants to the owner. Love this place and won't go anywhere else.

Awesome salon. The whole team is super friendly and are all great stylists. Amy is my stylist and I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else; she does fantastic colours that compliment your style and grow out beautifully as well. Highly recommend SABA to anyone and everyone

Best hair salon in New Zealand! I’ve been looking for a good hairdresser for 12 years, finally found this place! Brandon and his team are amazing with what they have to offer, their attention to detail make them the true hair artists! I have had my hair done balayage a few months ago, it still looks amazing, easy to look after, very happy! Great environment as well!

The staff at Saba Salon are super friendly and welcoming. Brandon is an amazing stylist - he listens carefully to exactly what you want and is meticulous with his approach to hair! I’m always extremely happy with my cut after visiting Saba and highly recommend the personalised experience you receive here.

Brandon is amazing, I'm always very happy with the cut and colour and he always asks for feedback from your previous visit. His sense of humour makes him very easy to talk to and the salon is a lovely relaxing place. His team are also awesome. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Brandon and the team at Saba. Not all hair stylists are created equal. Brandon is technically brilliant in the skill of both cutting and colour creation. If you are looking for quality of services and products and the consistency it provides your hair then you can’t go past Saba Salon.

Brandon has been my hairdresser for 5 years now, he has great attention to detail, and adapts any of my style suggestions to best flatter the texture of my hair. Amy’s Cezanne express keratin treatment has left my hair very silky and manageable, yet retained a nice soft curl. Recommend!

Love this salon! Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, cool vibe, and all the amazing and professional staff! Amy has been doing my hair for years now and knows exactly what I want. She's a fantastic listener and makes sure I am happy with my hair everytime. She pays attention to detail and I know I can trust my hair in her hands. I truly reccomend her if you are in need of a stylist. Overall I know I can trust for an experience where I feel relaxed and fab everytime.

My first cut with Brandon instantly solved some problems I was having with my hair and I was very impressed with his approach, also loved the colour he gave me. Saba are particularly good at identifying what style suits your face shape, what style suits the way you live and what style is going to give you the most uplifting look and confidence from the moment you stand up from the chair. Brandon is super particular and is the ultimate technical hair professional. His team are just as good, Jess especially good at hair ups and blow waves for special events! Saba salon is our Go-To for anything to do with hair, they really care about how you look, which is exactly what you want in a professional stylist. It's the only salon we recommend! And parking is super easy :)

Amazing salon! Brandon has been doing my hair for the past 7 years and i followed him to this salon when it opened. Before that i had a lot of trouble finding a hairdresser I could trust and that actually cares! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Good coffee as well ☺️

I absolutely love Lisa Panther, one of the master stylists at Saba, who has been doing my hair for over six years now. I always leave from an appointment with the PERFECT head of blonde hair. The colour is always exactly what I want, perfectly foiled, and natural looking (even though I am going much blonder than my natural - on request!) - think pearly, creamy, ashy blonde that wears incredibly well. Lisa also listens and is very considerate of what I want to achieve, while also being very clear about what will work for me or not. I can't fault her and hope that she never leaves for London again (which she did for about two years....my hair looked very very different in that time!!)

Jess at Saba has been looking after my hair for years - I wouldn't trust anybody else!! She's amazing with blonde, and always understands what I want even if I don't! The whole team at Saba take such good care of their clients.

A new arrival to Auckland, I was apprehensive about going to a different salon - but I'm so glad I chose Saba. Lisa was fantastic all round - took her time, listened, made suggestions and was great at communicating her ideas. The tranquil leafy courtyard out back just added to the relaxation factor, as did the amazing head massage. Best of all, I walked out feeling like a million bucks, and got lots of compliments on my hair. Highly recommend Lisa, and Saba.

The Do is a super friendly and relaxed salon but one which provides the highest standards of hairdressing and related services. I have never walked out the door disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Amazing hairdresser, pays so much attention to what I want and always asks for feedback on last haircut. Makes me feel like i am special and ready to go somewhere important. Introduced my partner to Brandon, and now he's turned from reluctant visitor to a barbers to eager customer at Saba.👍👍

Jess is incredible! She has guided me on my journey from brunette to blonde and is a true professional and artist working with hair. Highly recommended - the results speak for themselves.

Really like this place. The staff are professional and super friendly and accommodating. Have loved my hair both times I've been to get my hair blonde ombre'd. Have never had to wait to be attended to. However they are slightly pricey. The only downside for this place would be that finding a park can be a challenge.

I have curly hair and it has been a lifetime struggle to find a hairdresser that understands how to cut my hair. Jess has been cutting my hair for about 12 months and it has never looked better. Thank you, Jess, your work is amazing!

My hairdresser was friendly polite and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Saba to friends.

Sad to say, I don't like my haircut. $135 for a pixie trim. I mentioned that Im trying to grow out my former pixie cut and just wanted a trim and lightening around the ears. Also, quite jagged now for it to look good au natural, also something I mentioned. And waaay to pricey for it even if it was done well. Great people, great cust service, and looked good at the salon... I duno. I hope others have better luck. They're really sweet.
