I have been their client for years. Very pleasant atmosphere especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with current pandemic. Easy appointments , welcoming staff and talented. The staff know their work and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. I will definitely keep on using their service. . The whole experience is so relaxing

Sandy was exceptional, clear and professional. Her threading was excellent and she is the only business in Otahuhu, where you see in real time, what she is actually doing, which I really appreciated. Will definitely come back.
