Amazing salon and great customer service! So pleased with my hair and the end result! The senior hairstylist Olivia is amazing and so proficient! Special shout out to Jared too for his phenomenal head massage, special attention to detailand overall amazing customer service! One happy gal here🤩. Totally recommend and definitely going back!

Servilles Newmarket has become my go to place to get my curly hair cut. I tried other places around Newmarket but I wasn't happy with the results. Ivan knows how to handle curly hair so I keep on coming back. All staff members are always very friendly and the service in general is very good

I saw Ivan Lee over a year ago, to get 20 years worth of dreads removed and a brand new hairstyle, which was pretty scary! Ivan did a fantastic and reassuring assessment, made sure I was ready for the change and I've never looked back. I've been going regularly since, and feel thoroughly spoiled every time I walk in the door. Starting with the familiar warm greeting from the lovely Gala on reception, to the attention to detail and friendly banter with Ivan, right through to the finished product each time. 10/10 for professional, friendly and really stylish service. If Ivan ever leaves, I have no idea what I'll do!

A really nice hair salon located in the center of Newmarket. The staff is friendly and very experienced. When you walk in, it is clear you are going to be well taken care of. It’s a classy/posh place with the price tag that goes with it but if you are looking for a good result I believe it is a price worth to pay. I’ve done haircuts, various treatments and balayage and have always been satisfied. They are using high end product, with a recent tendency for healthier ones which is really nice to have. The service generally comes with a complimentary drink and a little head massage during your shampoo, which is so appreciated. Overall, one of the best in Auckland and my go to when it comes to really taking good care of my hair.

Having recently returned to NZ I was lucky enough to track down Gaynor, the same hairdresser I’d seen over a decade earlier. With years of experience Gaynor specialises in colour and… rather thankfully for me, in colour correction! She’s a true expert, extremely passionate, gives straightforward advice, and is an absolute perfectionist. She’s also lovely with it! In fact, the whole Serville’s experience is a treat – quality products, friendly team, and… great coffee. ;o)

The team here are so welcoming and friendly, felt super relaxed and well looked after & my hair looks and feels amazing! The front desk team were so helpful and bubbly. Loved the energy of this place, wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're looking for a new hair salon check this place out they are amazing and their job!!

I had a cut and colour done with Kylie a few weeks back and it was my first time having full colour done on my hair and I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH! The colour is balanced and beautiful! Kylie is a hair magician and I'd recommend her to any and everyone. Thank you! I'll definitely be back :)

I came in for a cut and wasn't happy with my experience. To my surprise I was invited back to the salon by Claire and had a relaxing afternoon trying the new Keratin treatment she recommended. She was really lovely and definitely made sure I walked away feeling happy! Thanks so much!

Loved my experience here. Kylie D was my stylist throughout and she was amazing! Discussed my preferred colour/style thoroughly and took all my preferences into account. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted and the whole experience was very relaxing. Can't thank Kylie enough - highly recommend.

Kylie did my hair yesterday both a cut and colour and it was incredible. I have recently lost a friend and she was so kind and caring when she found out. She did such an incredible job on my hair and I left feeling really looked after and so much better. Thank You Kylie!

I had the Cezanne smoothing treatment done with Kylie a week ago, and it is honestly life-changing. I have naturally quite curly hair with a LOT of frizz, and since my treatment my hair has been smooth, so manageable and I feel so much more confident to just leave it natural instead of heat styling every day. Such an amazing treatment and as usual the service at servilles was above and beyond - my favourite hair salon, couldn’t recommend them more!

Servilles Newmarket saved my haircut! I went for the big chop, I cut my hair super short (super short pixie) - at an another salon. And I hated what they did there so after I walked out of that salon I walked right into Servilles desperate for someone to help me. Ivan took me as soon as he could and he saved the day - nothing less. He took the awful haircut I got, listened to me and understood what I needed. He turned it around into an edgy, modern, fantastic cut that I love. I can't stop admiring it. He is a true master at cuts. The staff was friendly, great customer experience. The coffee is very strong, haha.

I have just had the best hair experience I have ever received. I went from bleach blonde with horrendous re-growth, (back) to my natural ashy blonde colour! From start to finish, all the staff (in particular, Olivia and Max) were extremely attentive, making the service most enjoyable, I was brought coffee, chocolates and wine! Max was so lovely and chatty, I was talked in detail through all my hair treatments, (all products smelt delightful too) and they always checked I was most comfortable with seating, and water temperature etc. Some products were even massaged into my head, and I felt so relaxed! Olivia even went the extra mile to style (curl) my hair at the end, leaving it looking special for my busy weekend ahead! I am even booked in for an additional toner and blow dry before I leave back to the U.K. Overall, the service was 10/10, I wish I had you guys on my doorstep back home!! Thanks again!

Good colour, friendly service and an overall nice feel in the salon. However, I was charged for extra services that I didn't book in for and the costs weren't run past me. Make sure to clarify costs of 'treatments', toner and blowwave as these were all added on as extras.
