L.Walking into the Salon felt so warm, calming and definitely inviting. I was greeted by the Owner Jazz who had a lovely smile and asked to take a seat as I arrived a little early.
Ambience is bright and loved the flowing soft music that was playing along with a TV screen on the wall showing wildlife.
It was very prestigious, clean and smelt like aromatherapy oils.
I was pleased with the Treatment I received this day and the price was very good for all the work, time and effort spent on me.
I received Deluxe Manicure, Pedicure both Gel polish.
When getting my Manicure done and treatments applied it was awesome how Jazz explained what she was doing and why she applied certain coats of product on my nails.
I've often wondered what they apply at other places, but never explained the purpose.
Massage and soaking Amazing!
Preet took over doing my Pedicure another amazing treatment, the massage from the knee down soo Bliss. I swear it was soo amazing. Its a must if you are always on your feet all day wearing Steel capped shoes, you truly will love the massage. Gel nail polish with a sparkle polish to match the fingers.
Next part of Treatment an Hour & half Deluxe Massage with oil full body and a facial with threaded eye brows, and around the face... Blissful... I think I had a bit of a snore😴... Massage is really good and soothing, clean and calm environment. Loved it.
I spent $185 all on Me and great thing they have Zip and genoapay if you want to split the payments up.
Definately going back in a couple of weeks time. I can't wait to go back!!!!

Most importantly, each station was clean & tidy! The tools were clean as well!! It’s so hard to find a good and clean salon nowadays.

S.Highly recommend. As soon as I arrived Jazz was really friendly and welcoming. I was booked in for acrylic gel nails and a 60min relaxation massage. I’m absolutely in love with my nails. Jazz did an amazing job and kept making sure that I was happy with the process which I appreciated. They turned out amazing and I’m extremely happy with them. Then straight afterwards I had my massage. Jazz made me feel comfortable, I asked if she could focus more on my back and she listened and was happy to deliver. It was also an amazing massage and she made sure I was happy with the pressure ect. Overall my experience was nothing but amazing. Jazz is a sweet humble woman and I will definitely be back 🤍
V.One of the best pressies I've ever had. My daughter brought me a 1/2 hour massage & 1/2 hour facial giftcard online. The massage was back shoulders neck & head. And the facial included my shoulder/upper chest area neck & face, My skin felt silky smooth afterwards. Very relaxing. Wonderful treat

K.My new ‘go to’ place for my keratin treatment! Really lovely service, friendly, polite and respectful. But the main reason I go though is the treatment is awesome, I’m in and out within 1 1/2 hours, results are great and it’s reasonably priced as in cheap!! The keratin shampoo and conditioner is my fav too.. (And I’ve been doing keratin for over 10 years - best place so far in terms of results, time and value for money)
S.I had a Keratin treatment done. I love how my hair is so smooth and no longer full of flyaways even after shampooing. Best treatment I’ve had. Jazz did a great job on my nails too. I feel fantastic.

Tha nails are beautiful I love them! They are super strong , I love gardening and I’m hairdresser so my hands are always getting dirty or are in water. Andnails for me usually don’t last too long because of that. But these have been super sturdy and are still shiny and beautiful! Will definitely be coming back x

s.Jazz is knowledgeable patient and expert in Karotene and manicure. I have found my parlour and will keep visiting for these 2 and other treatments as well. convenient car park and a very clean parlour .

A.Update - Subsequent to my earlier review, the owner contacted me over phone, enquired in detail and offered me a replacement service. I didn't want to take up their time for free, however the person was very positive in his approach, and upon my visit, took every care to ensure the service was above par. Really appreciate the gesture and every point I raised was dealt with carefully. I believe they deserve the new rating. Thanks! :)
(Sorry to say I was very disappointed with the services I took. The room was freezing cold, the apron provided was very dirty and the hair spa was terrible - hardly any mask was applied and even after repeated requests to soften the pressure, the massage was so rough and intense, I ended up going home with a headache! Absolutely do not recommend this place.)

L.It was okay. My pedicure was good, but my friend has a couple of sores on her fingers from her pedicure. Not a wide range of colours for gel nails. The place didn't have much of an atmosphere of vibe. I would suggest music playing all the time.
