Reviews of The Body Shop
I.I'm confused. When Dad and I went shopping at Body Shop for shampoo, there were women staff there. One of them had dark hair and other was Asian. More importantly, when we went shopping there today the Asian lady seemed attentive, which involved her asking us if were alright and if she could help us with anything we wanted to find. However, the lady with the dark had seemed to do the opposite, because I couldn't tell if she was being rude or if she was just taking a break. Therefore, I spoke to Dad about it and he suggested that she might have been having break or that both were just taking turns. So I respect his opinion. Other than that, I just want to make sure that I am not making unreasonable judgments and that I am not reading too much into the situation. Otherwise, the products from there are good as usual and that is what I love about Body Shop. Been shopping there for years myself along with Dad, and always loved it for what it is in general. Overall, the actions from the dark haired lady had left me confused; I had to get this out of my system. So I will provide an update review on Queen Street's Body Shop the next time Dad and I go there.

K.Lovely staff and best customer service around. The ladies were so helpful and knew their products. Never did they force me to purchase anything, but attended to my questions & pointed me towards the best products I was looking for. Ended up purchasing heapssss & loved the experience.
A.Staff members are knowledgeable and friendly; they are also happy to let you browse in peace. Their prices are a bit more expensive than their competitors though I guess that's the price for being a good company. Cheap and affordable parking are very hard to find, though Wilson parking is located behind the shop.
P.Very nice staffs. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The staffs have explained the products very well. There is a large range of products. Products are nice. Bit it is bit expensive. Also the staffs insist on the membership to get slight discount.
E.Brilliant customer service, excellent products and awesome loyalty system! I went looking for something to use my 20% off birthday voucher and the lady serving me helped me find exactly what I needed!
P.I've never been to a bad body shop outlet so I'll just say that it is another good outlet. It is also pretty spacious and has some good staff.
