I enrolled my daughter for laser hair removal in their clinic. The therapist/laser technician Grace is very knowledgeable with everything she is doing. She explained everything about the process and the outcome of the treatment from the very start. Since then we have always requested Grace to take care of all of my daughter’s treatment because she is professional, kind, accomodating and very caring towards her. I give her a thumbs up for exemplary customer service and great knowledge on the services provided by the clinic. Now my whole family is enrolling to try their other treatments as well.

Have been getting laser hair removal here and micro needling by the lovely Grace and she’s absolutely amazing in what she does. She always makes me feel comfortable and provides explanations on what I should use and do to maintain/what’s beneficial for my skin. I’ve been struggling with uneven skin tone, oily and acne skin but since my first visit here, Grace advised me to try out their products and I haven’t stopped using the products ever since. Works wonders and has made a big difference to my skin now. Thankyou x

My experienced was awesome with my skin specialist Grace. She was lovely, really good and helped me to treat my acne problems. She explained every treatments she's doing and fully experienced. Had a great day every time i visited and do my treatments. Highly recommended.

I am getting laser hair removal treatment. It was only 3 sessions, and I am so happy so far with the results. The staff are experienced and patient. They explain everything very clearly. Everything is super clean. I do my sessions with Kate, and she is absolutely great 🥰. The manager is always there to listen to any comments, complaints, or feedbacks and she takes action directly.

I have been receiving laser treatment from Kate at the clinic, and the service I have been given by her is impeccable!! I feel very comfortable and cared for in her hands. She is very knowledgable and she takes time to explain the procedure to me so I am able to understand whats going on. I have received amazing results from her which I am so thankful for, and because of this I have recommended her to my family and friends!

Really lovely staff and treatments are done fantastically! I’ve had 2 micro-needling sessions and 2 laser sessions and I’ve noticed such a dramatic difference in my skin and hair. Highly recommend giving these ladies a visit!

I highly recommend this clinic specially their technician Grace. She was very professional and really knows what she's doing. I came to this clinic for laser hair removal treatment for both legs, private part and under arm because I was getting skin lumps and in growns. Grace was very professional and patient. She answered all my questions. She makes sure to explain the procedure to me and she always give advice on things to do on every after treatment. I am very happy with the result of the treatment. Their services are high class but very competitive prices. Their clinic is always squeecky clean and they are strictly following safety protocols on laser treatment e.g. wearing proper gloves, eye protection and facemask. They also have strict covid safety protocol. I highly recommend this clinic, very good service and highly professional technicians! 10 stars!

I've come to glenfeild Cosmetic clinic and had needling and other treatments done multiples by the lovely kate. She makes me feel comfortable and always perfectly explains what's she's doing and why. I have been having laser hair removal. I was expecting pain like I have previously experienced with IPL but this was virtually pain free and very fast. I was in very capable hands and I was made to feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I've been coming in to the clinic to treat my acne (for oily skin) and after only a few sessions, I've seen great improvement in the way my skin looks! My skin is less oily so less acne (yay!) and the hyperpigmentation from acne scarring has gone down aswell - Big thanks to Grace for always taking care of me :) Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this cosmetics clinic, all their sevices and helpful staff, specially Grace. She was very professional and always give me pro tips and advise on how to further improve my skin with remedies that I could so at home. I suffer from hyper pigmentation. I have dark spots on my face. I did microneedling, microdermabrasion and laser hair removal on my underarm. Their clinic is also squeecky clean, pleasant smell and cosy ambiant. Their pricing is also very competitive, if you find anywhere with lower price you can tell them and they will offer same price if not better. I realy enjoy my experience with this clinic and give them 5/5 star rating!

Tiva has been guiding me through the process of microdermabration and microneedling over the past year. I can't say it has always been pain free, but it has been fun in its own way. Tiva is very friendly and very good at answering questions. She is efficient, with a firm hand and a manner that quickly encourages you to relax- except for the actual needling part, of course... I would be happy for her to be my therapist again.

I was so nervous to get my laser done, I heard stories of it being super painful experience and I was really nervous to get it done myself. Lucky for me I had an absolute pain free experience thanks to Jasmyn Bhana. She was very welcoming, understanding and thorough when it came to explaining what was going to happen. I only got my underarms done, but because Jasmyn was so good, I am going to have to come back and get my WHOLE body done.
