Had an amazing experience at Cosmetic Clinic in WestCity. Have never had micro needling before but was super stoked with the results! My skin has been glowing ever since the treatment. My therapist, Sarah, was super helpful with explaining the benefits of the treatment as well as walking me through the stepson the treatment. I had my first microdermabrasion treatment at this clinic a few weeks ago with my mum and sisters. We were taken care of by Renee and her assistant Monika. These two young ladies were both incredibly kind and had a warm/welcoming nature, making the process feel very comfortable and at complete ease. Renee’s knowledge & expertise regarding the microdermabrasion treatment was unparalleled to any other beauty technician I have personally experienced. She informed me of her every step during the process and made sure we were comfortable at each stage. Last night, I had dinner with my girlfriends and they asked if I had done anything like Botox as they couldn't believe how good my skin was looking and how much younger I looked! I had my appointment last Monday with Ashlee, she was really professional and caring, and explained the whole process to me. She’s definitely the effort to ensure I was comfortable and that the treatment was pain free, and that I was happy with the results as we went along. The after treatment care was amazing, she booked me on straight away for the follow up appointment in 2 weeks and I was called twice over the next couple of days to ensure I was happy and there were no issues. Amazing service and the whole team is really lovely!

Before my appointment I had never had tinting done, so she made sure I knew what was happening at all times so I felt comfortable. I have been going to the Cosmetic Clinic for the last couple of months for Laser Hair Removal, after what has been an extremely hard time in my life. Rae is my technician and I can not speak more highly of her. She is both professional and compassionate, drying the tears of a complete stranger, and reassuring me that it will pass. She is professional and makes sure I am comfortable at every stage of the process. She checks in often during the procedure that I am doing ok and am comfortable. I can not recommend her more. In fact every lady who I have met at the clinic has been absolute gold and I would recommend to anyone. As for the procedure it is certainly producing results that I am extremely happy with :)

I had my first ever appointment at TCC, West City in December 2020. I was quite nervous and unsure if I wanted to go through with it at the time, but during my consultation with Ashlee my nerves eased as she was very welcoming, professional and informative. This made me more than comfortable to go through with the procedure that same day and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner LOL. I absolutely LOVE my visits and of course the results that I have since been back to see Ashlee again. Ashlee is absolutely amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her. I enjoyed TCC, West City so much that I ended up inquiring about other services I was interested in. This is where I had my Skin Consultation with Nikki. Nikki is also very welcoming, informative and professional. Although we all don't like hearing the bad things about our skin Nikki addressed it in such a way that made me feel comfortable to put my trust in her hands (and not feel offended lol) I have since had a few treatments with Nikki and they are always so enjoyable and such a breeze. Unfortunately she was unwell on my last visit, but Wendy took great care of me in Nikki's absence and I really enjoyed my treatment and the great banter with Wendy! Wendy helped me during my first appointment last week, and she was great. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I was a little bit nervous and she was happy to answer all my questions and explained every step of the process before and during my appointment. The facilities look very professional and clean so no worries if you're concerned about hygiene. One of the stuff Caeyson helped me do the treatment, she was very patient professional and nice during the treatment, it was only took 10mints. My underarms and brazilian all done. These guys are so amazing 😍❤️ especially the Cosmetic clinic west city people are so kind , compassionate and lovely ! I had been to couple of clinics before to enquire for my laser hair removal treatment. But I didn't have the confidence to go ahead with the others. Here's my detailed experience with these lovely people . I visited this clinic to just enquire about the procedure cause I was quite scared about it and also my pain threshold is quite less. While I was waiting for my turn to talk to one of them at the reception desk , Sam invitingly came to me and asked me about my query. She also explained to me very softly and patiently about how it's done and also these guys are the first in NZ to have a painless LHR machine. I was quite happy with it and went ahead for my consultation and booked for it. The next day Megan guided me through and explained to me the procedure in detail. She was equally patient and sweet and answered to all of my questions brilliantly! She took my consent and went ahead and booked for the treatment. On my treatment day, I had Nikki to do the procedure on me. She was quite friendly and soft and loved the way how the procedure was done. It was JUST PAINLESS! Woww! I loved my experience with the entire team headed by Sam! I will definitely recommend them to my friends! Thanks guys! You are One Awesome team ♥️

I recently visited Beth at the Cosmetic clinic for injectibles and had the best experience. I had previously only ever gone to the same Dr in Ponsonby for treatments exclusively for the last 15 years and was always nervous of going anywhere else. However after 1 treatment with Beth she is now my go to! She was knowledgable, kind, informative and I feel like she has done a far better job than my previous clinic. I highly recommend The Cosmetic Clinic West City. I have had what I thought was previous Laser but turns out it was IPL and false advertising. My skin was too dark for IPL and I now have scars from another clinic. Because of this, I was very anxious to try hair removal again. But Elspeth took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment to me and also did a test patch. The laser was pain free and 2 weeks later no hair has grown back in the test patch area. I am very impressed. I suggest you all do your research and only use medical grade laser with a qualified laser therapist. Elspeth and the team all have their laser safety certification and qualifications which isn't actually a requirement in NZ which is sad and scary and that is why i was previously burnt. Thank you Elspeth, I can't wait for my next treatment.

Lovely place and lovely people. I saw Teegan there for brow shape, tint and eyelash tint. She was so gentle, and always made sure I was always feeling comfortable. 10/10 experience, the results exceeded all expectations. I’d highly recommend to everyone!

Cannot recommend Cosmetic clinic enough. I saw Renee for 3 x microdermabrasion treatments and she was absolutely brilliant in the whole process from providing initial advice on the right treatment through to the end result. I had a 10-Step Microdermabrasion treatment at The Cosmetic Clinic West City. It was my first time having a treatment there and the clinic is very impressive. It is clean, tidy and the team is very friendly. My technician was Alex, she took great care of me and explained the treatment throughout and answered any questions I had. My skin felt and looked great after. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
