Karen was great. I went to her to fix a botched haircut from another provider and she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions. Very kind and my hair came out looking amazing! She's very experienced with lots of different types of hair. If anyone is scared of their hairdresser not listening to them - go to Karen :)

I am very happy with my hair cut and root touch up. It was my first visit to the salon. Robyn really took time to listen to what I wanted and gave great advice.Very friendly professional service. Staff were very welcoming.

Love going here for my hair. Jennieve does an amazing job and is very kind and friendly! (Photo is of me after my hair was cut and coloured by Jennieve). Karen (the owner) is lovely and always does her best for the customer. Cant wait to go again for my next appointment.

I booked in for hair colour and hair cut and ask for some layer as the last hairdresser ive been to didnt do a great job. I walked away with a fresh hair cut that suited my face, Karen cut and coloured my hair and took her time and did not rush at all making sure everything was in perfection. They charge a reasonable price and was definitely worth it. No wonder the reviews on this salon are just positive and amazing. Check it yourself. Kudos to this salon and to Karen!

Got my haircut done here (1st time in 3 years) and it was a Great experience. Angela is Damn Awesome. Great attention to detail, good chat & laughter. The time went by so quick & the results are astonishingly fabulous. Definitely recommend this place. 😁😁😁🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

Me and my daughter both very happy with the services and products from the cutting room. Torbay. Karen the new owner is very friendly awesome team.

The girl was a bit confused at the beginning and didn't give me much confidence. She also took way to long, however at the end she did a good job.

Highly recommend, A team you can trust! An awesome full round service; full head of foils, trim, treatment and toner plus curled and styled and friendly enjoyable service for the best price I could find. The salon is beautiful and relaxed, My hair can be tricky when dying (blonde) but Im so happy about the results. These guys know what they are doing, and do it with a smile.

Jennieve doing so well of cutting my hair and good advice , Kate the owner treat everyone as a VIP for free coffee and drink, very happy experience.
