This was my first time coming to The Facialist and it was an amazing experience, a beautiful space too. As soon as I arrived till the moment I left, I felt very welcomed and looked after. I had the most dreamy bespoke facial by Catherine, she was very gentle and asked if I had any skin concerns. I have sensitive skin so that was a relief knowing I wouldn’t react to anything. My skin felt so lush, never felt better. Will definitely be returning for regular facials, highly recommend ✨

It is always such a treat going to see Nicole at The Facialist. My skin can be very dry and sensitive but the products she chooses for me leave my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. The whole experience is so luxurious and relaxing, I can't recommend The Facialist enough.

I went to the Facialist for the first time today. The vibe of the place is relaxing and calm, i thoroughly enjoyed my facial. I felt completely relaxed during and after my appointment. It is worth the money and more! i will definitely be returning for another facial sometime soon. Thanks so much! :)

I have been here now at least 8 times and am a regular. The girls at The Facialist do the most magical treatments. From the sit down skin chat and the drink prior, to the wonderful, calming and invigorating treatment, to the bliss ball and the beverage after! Amazing services and incredible treatments. I always leave with the most hydrated, repaired and glowy skin, that sees results lasting for weeks and gaining completes after. My favourite place for a facial x

This is an absolutely beautiful place if you are looking to treat yourself. The facials are amazing and the therapist tailors them to meet your needs. The team at The Facialist have very high levels of customer service and they make sure you are feeling comfortable and at home, as soon as you walk in the door. They use very high quality products which smell amazing and have a great range of products on offer to take home. I have had a number of facials here and I would highly recommend visiting The Facialist, to anyone who is wanting to take care of their skin and have a lovely, relaxing experience.

Such a beautiful experience. The attention to detail is next to nothing. My facial was amazing, so so relaxing, my skin felt incredible afterwards. Could not recommend more.

I’ve never had a facial before and can report that it was incredibly blissful and decadent!! who knew a facial could be so relaxing. Katherine is amazing at her job and instinctively knows how to apply just the right massage pressure in just the right places. 😊 The staff are all professional and genuine and make you feel special from the moment you arrive.

Best facial of my life! Came in as a couple, and we did the destress package with massage & customized facial - you will not find better. Tegan addressed all my concerns and my skin looks amazing. The massage was also top knotch. Beautiful space, and kombucha on exit. Had to grab a voucher to treat my mum too. Thanks again, we will be back!

Wow... I’m honestly quite lost for words. I’ve been wanting to come to The Facialist for years and tonight, I finally did. I had very high expectations because of how highly regarded the team are and they absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment I entered the experience felt indulgent and relaxing. Tegan took such incredible care of me and gave me the best facial I’ve ever had in my life! As soon as she started working the pressure points around my eyes it was like an off-switch and I fell asleep. Once it was over there was a lovely glass of kombucha waiting and believe me when I say my skin was GLOWING! A truly magical experience, thank you so much Tegan for making me feel so special.

This was my second visit and OMG it just keeps getting better. Its a 45min flight for me to get to Auckland.... but so worth the effort... How do you describe the facial? like have the gentle waves of the ocean caressing your face for a Blissful 90mins. without consideration to the logistics of it I have prebooked my next appointment in eight weeks.

Staff are friendly and the communication is fast and polite. I'm blown away by the quality of their products! My skin is loving the treatments and oils. As someone who suffers from Rosacea, I've been happily surprised with how soothing and beneficial their products have been for my skin. The Facialist has, very quickly, become my favourite skin care product provider by far!

I've been to many places in Auckland for a massage and I've had the best experience at the facialist. Lola is amazing and has a warm and caring personality. My body melted and feels so much more relaxed! Highly recommend the facialist, thank you Lola 😊

I've been getting facials from Kate at The Facialist for some time now and I absolutely love her and the girls! My skin always feels amazing afterwards and their holistic approach to treating your skin from the inside out is just what I need. I recommend anyone and everyone to them, and I swear all of my friends and family have received a gift voucher for a bespoke facial at some time in their lives! Keep up the wonderful work ladies xx

My daughters treated me to an afternoon of pampering and all I can say is that if you are looking for the most relaxing, pampering, and luxurious spa experience, look no further. Amazing! Hope my girls send me there every year now (in case they're reading, lol).

Being pampered by the lovely ladies at The Facialist is a real luxury. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy (and gorgeous!). They really know everything about skin and how to treat it from the inside out. It is a blissful experience from start to finish. I'd go every week if I could!

Getting a facial from the team at The Facialist is an absolute dream. The rooms are relaxing, the treatment beds are divine and cosy (especially in winter!) and the therapists make me feel so at ease. I highly recommend Ashleigh and Kate, and can't wait to come back.

My facial was amazing, and it truely was an hour of relaxation. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after my facial and will definitely be back again. My beautician was awesome too and made me feel really comfortable.

I visited The Facialist for a classic facial while on holiday in New Zealand and it was just what I needed for my congested and dehydrated skin! My facialist Kate answered all of my skincare questions (of which there were many), provided some good advice for my skincare routine going forward and recommended places for facials in London where I currently live. I look forward to returning when I move back to New Zealand later this year!

I got a Bespoke facial from Ashleigh recently and am still swooning from it. She has hands of magic. Stress and tension that I didn't even know I had melted away...I felt so relaxed I even fell asleep. Walked out with such glowy skin. I think the best part of the facial actually came a few days later - my skin looked luminous, smooth, supple and plump. Can't wait to experience the new spa when they move upstairs!

The Facialist has been my go to place since they opened in Cityworks-I have tried others in the past but there is no comparison! The staff here are knowledgable, professional and up to date with the latest skincare techniques. Facials here have helped me keep my skin in the best condition it can be and is now part of my skin care and pampering routine. I whole heartedly recommend the team here for your skincare needs.

The best facial in Auckland. I've been back many times. Love the holistic and gentle approach to treating skin. They are all so knowledgeable and gave me great diet advice that helped with my ance prone skin.

And this place was OUTSTANDING !😍 I’m very particular with my skin care and Jess did a wonderful job listening and working with my skin type, my diet, health habits and etc. would most absolutely come back 💞 skin feels fresh hydrated clean and beautiful

What an AMAZING experience and facial I have ever received. Ashleigh really knows her stuff and has magic hands. I find it hard to unwind and relax in a facial, but with Ashleigh and Rebecca I always drift off to sleep. My skin glows for days afterwards and feels amazing.
