C.1. Love the fact that you can book online -- your time is YOUR time.
2. Love that the colours she stocks are colours that I would actually use, and prefer to use on a daily basis. Good range of darks, nudes, and everything in between. I've been looking for a nail salon that stocks good shades of nudes, and I believe the one I'm wearing now is the ONE.
3. Actually takes the time to assess your nail health, and recommend the appropriate service.
4. Doesn't force you to have long nails because they're trendy... I don't like having long nails so it was pretty awesome not to get condescended to because I don't like trendy long nails!!!
5. She has a good sense of humour, and a good head on her shoulders. She will actually talk to you.
6. Her studio is super clean, and smells good. Doesn't smell like harsh cleaning chemicals or acrylic powder!

Mardi is an expert in nails, so if you have issues with your nails, Mardi will advise what the next steps are. I feel really relaxed after a pamper session with Mardi. The bonus is the beautiful, healthy nails. And my nails LOOK gorgeous. The salon has an online booking system. Fabulous!
