N.Went in around 3pm knowing that royal oak would close in about an hour or so - looking to see if they could squeeze me in for a last min lash extension!! Was so good, good customer service and did my lashes so nice. Lady was good too and was really friendly even offered advice and was overall happy - so going there again!!! 10/10 experience and lash glue didn't affect my eyes like some other beauty salons
T.I have been to Pamper Lounge quite a few times now & Ruby is amazing, consistent, professional & after microdermabrasion, facial, lashes & hair are done - I leave looking very glam & so much younger. I can't thank Ruby enough. 🧡💛💙💜

R.most amazing staff; so kind! the lady’s here know what they’re doing! shaped my brows to perfection! also their natural mink eyelash extensions are so good! makes me feel like a princess every time without fail!!
T.Saw deal for $45 eyelash extensions. My beauty therapist was lovely. She measured my lashes for sizing, was so gentle with the application, and they came out great! Had heaps of compliments on them already. Place was clean, would recommend and go back again.

A.Bought a grabone deal for keratin treatment. Ruby is a very good stylist. The method she used for keratin was better than the last 3 saloons i have been to for keratin. Hair feels smooth and silky.
N.I had a microdermabrasion facial along with an eyebrow shape tint and eyelash extensions. The prices are awesome and Ruby was amazing! Super professional and I felt like she really knew what she was doing. One of the best spa experiences I have had in Auckland :)
C.I wanted to try get a 90min pamper massage on my birthday and even though they were pretty booked out, the staff there just did everything to make this happen for me! And the massage itself was just incredible, of all the ones i been to, this one is one of my favs! It's clean and tidy, and i was made sure i was comfortable, and the lady who did the massage made sure i was ok with the pressure etc. So def 5/5 and will be going back!

Walking out of there my skin felt baby soft after microdermabrasion and facial. Tiny stubborn impurities gone!
I notice there are other services provided: I enquired about Botox.
Finally, I also read bad reviews about Body Contour. I understand the place has changed hands... So maybe consider this when looking for a treatment/gift.🌺

p.Grabone deal 40$ good price, massage was relaxing, hygiene I felt could be better, I saw a few hairs still on the bed befor I even hoped on the table, the towels felt oily like they have been used befor, I feel the treatment could be more tailored if she had asked me a few questions on my concerns, over all it is good for the price thank you
