Absolutely professional, super friendly, immaculately clean - and such a beautiful result with my lashes. Brand new furniture and fit our - soothing colors with such spacious and luxury fittings. Highly highly recommend this professional Lash bar.

Rather disappointing experience. It is a nice studio and the beautician is very gental. So i give a 3 stars for that. But the result is really disappointing, it's not quite lifted and all the corner lashes are still downward right after the lift. For a 125 dollar lash lift, i would expect a much better result. The beautician says it's because i haven't done it for sometime. Well, attached photo 2 is when i did it also after a long time. I think it failed because the session is too short. Nevertheless, a free session to fix it should be offered but i was asked to come back in 4 weeks and pay for it again. Do I want to try a complete waste of money again?🤦🏻‍♀️

I've been seeing Ui for my lashes since 2017 and she (and her technicians) have always been engaging, warm and made me feel welcomed. I trust them with my lashes, they give me great advice on how to look after them and are consummate professionals throughout the whole process. Worth the cost. I’ve been coming for a year now and my lashes are always incredible! The condition of my lashes are so healthy and you can never see glue! It lasts really long if you take care of them & falls out naturally so it doesn’t look like chunks of lashes falling out! On top of that everyone is so nice and professional and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Definitely worth the price & won’t go anywhere else for my lashes :)

It was my first time here at UP and it definitely won’t be my last. I had Henna done on my brows by the very lovely Izumi. She started off by making sure I was comfortable, mapped my brows, and really listened to what I intended to have before letting me know what would be best for me. We had such a lovely chat while she worked on my brows and the end results were amazing! Izumi was thorough, detailed and even showed me the Henna colour swatch on her wrist to make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. She gave me a little eyebrow brush to bring home with after the treatment and assured me that she had the colour of the Henna recorded (she concocted the perfect colour for me!) for my next visit. I’ve had been to several salons for treatment but UP is will definitely be my only go-to now. Thanks Izumi for such a warm and lovely experience!

I was recommended Izumi at Up Lashes for lash extensions for my wedding. She was fantastic, she took her time to ensure that my tint, brows, and lashes all looked perfect, I would describe her as meticulous and would recommend her to anyone looking for extensions.

I've been coming to Uplash for about 18 months and I can't speak highly enough of the service. I go to Izumi who is lovely and we always have a good laugh but if I'm tired I just fall asleep and snore and she never judges me :) I've been to four other lash technicians in other salons but Izumi is definitely the best by far.

My first appointment was 17 months ago, which was when I had discovered that the state of my natural lashes had been severely damaged by work from a previous lash salon. I had been a loyal customer to that salon for years and yet totally unaware on how bad they were until Ui took photos and showed me. I was crushed. I had no idea they were that damaged with very little regrowth.. It took a good six months to bring my lashes back to a healthy state and I love how the team chooses to educate the customer on how to keep natural lashes healthy with everyday habits and not with the aid of expensive products. I also love how my extensions look natural and full and no longer look like spiders at the end of my eyelids. I receive so many comments on how natural they look - which is the look I wanted and not the glamour look. This is my little treat to myself on a regular basis and I always look forward to my appointments. The team are professional, friendly and the salon is very comfortable without loud music thumping in the background. I am now a loyal customer and highly recommend the team for anyone who is new or not so new to lash extensions. You won't regret it.

My first appointment with senior beautician my eyelashes were fantastic and lasted more than 6 weeks. Unfortunately upon my backfill and with a intermediate beautician as there was nonother availability. I have never been so disappointment. A lot of money spent on lashes that are coming off after a week. Very disappointing. Wait for the right person
