Amazing customer service.I did my haircut and hair colouring . I was bit confused about the right colour that suits my hair type .But all the staff were very friendly and their focus was only on making the customer happy.Highly recommend the place.

I visited the Hue Ponsonby salon after a disastrous experience with another hair salon the day before. Katrina at Hue in Ponsonby knew exactly what needed to be done to rectify my hair colour and I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome - it looks amazing. So very impressed with Hue's professionalism and knowledge of product and colour. Thank you so much Katrina.

I don't have any bad experience there but not even good. I spent more than $450 for highlights just from black to ash grey and even it was not satisfactory. The girl who did my color was very sweet and good. May be they don't get too many males.

Great place to get your hair coloured (especially if you need regular colouring). It is quite competitive price wise as they let you dry your her and only charge you for the colouring. They are also super fast and take late appointments so it is great for professional women ;)

I had Annie do my highlights today, she was amazing.. it was the best colour I’ve had in four years because she listened to what I wanted and delivered. I almost don’t want to share this because I don’t want her to be booked out next time I need a colour.
