S.Staff members are extremely welcoming, kind, friendly, generous and considerate of your needs. They don't push you for expensive stuff but rather go by what would suit you and your needs. These guys value their customers. Salon is clean, tidy, well presented and welcoming. Overall vibe is good and cheerful. The only potential area of improvement in my opinion could be the business hours. It would be great if they could close a little late of certain days of the week. Also, it would be great to see some promotional offers, loyalty bonuses and customer engagement activities.
n.I booked the package over the phone and it was not aware that it is different what I wanted. But Mag- the stylist did her best and made me so satisfied with her services. Much appreciated Magzine❤️Happy new year to the whole amazing team💐
M.I have really long hair and not many people can manage. After my usual salon closed I came here and had a warm welcome from Michelle who listened to all my needs and suggested Oksana, who is plain brilliant, knowledgeable, and is fast like a ninja, (literally, given the length of my hair it's rare). It's been over a year and I'm stuck with her, she pampers my hair and there'sno greater joy for me than this. Love it here!
Customer service is also nice, there was a slight confusion with the appointments but they quickly accommodated me even with the Christmas rush - well done Team Vivo!
J.Wonderful place and great stylists. Shop is clean,tidy and orderly, easy to find amd plenty of off road parking, situated next to shops so can do few things at once which always good. Hair stylists knowledgeable, friendly,professional and kind. Highly recommend

M.I've been here twice now, once to get my hair done for a ball and my second most recent time for a haircut. They do not disappoint. I absolutely love the way my hair looks. Overall very pleasant experience. Staff were warm and welcoming. Excellent communication too.
