Crystal did an epic job with my hair! She completely understood what I was going for and knew what would look best for my hair. 100% would recommend her. Absolutely love what she did to it 🤩

Visited Vivo botany last night - the salon was very busy. Crystal is amazing she listened to what I wanted and offered her opinion. The final result is spot on. I love my short hair style and the awesome new colour (foils). I’ve found a great local hairdresser and will definitely return. Thanks Crystal.

The lady that did my hair was super nice so i won't put her on blast. I was super happy when i was finished i thought my hair looked so nice until i got home and saw that there were some bits of my hair that weren't blended very nicely (i asked for a balayage) and i felt like i was rushed throughout my appointment. Super nice but had higher expectations.

It took that long to find out a great skin consultation Diana on 22 of Nov 2020 till now. Di is very knowledgeable and friendly. Clear all my questions and sharing lots of tips to maintain healthy looking skin. My skin is looking so much better than before. No more oily. Lots of complements. I came in for my first ever microdermabrasion and skin treatment. Diane was very accommodating during this process- she is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in her work. My skin already feels refreshed after a single visit. Don't go elsewhere!

Diana is a Skin Specialist who works out of the Botany salon. She is excellent, explains everything really well and provides great service. I have been visiting her since July 2020 and really appreciate her knowledge, experience, professionalism and relaxed, friendly manner. Five stars from me ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I recently had a consultation with Di in the Skin Clinic. I would have to say that this is one of the best, most thorough skin consultations I have had. Di is very knowledgeable and tailors a skincare treatment to each individual. After just 2 weeks I can see a significant improvement in the tone and texture of my skin. She is warm and welcoming and made me feel totally at ease. I would highly recommend booking in to see Di, you wont regret it.

Had eyebrows and skin discovery done by Di, she did a wonderful job, brows look great and my skin is brighter and softer! She is always so friendly, funny and professional and is so knowledgeable about the whole process, she makes you feel at ease

My first time going to the skin clinic was exceptional. Relaxing atmosphere, clear questions and explanations, no fine print. Di made me feel at home right away. After the first treatment I was given some great tips and saw definite results and a great change in my skin. Extremely happy with my experience and more than willing to continue my treatment there.

I had my hair done here two days ago. I asked for a balayage but they did something more similar to highlights and not the same as the photo I showed which is what I was going for. I felt like they really rushed the process and I feel disappointed with how it turned out

I had foils and cut today of my lockdown locks. Amazing experience. Such wonderful service and lovely ladies. I can not recommend them enough. If you want beautiful hair come to Vivo Botany Downs. Thankyou ladies so much I feel beautiful😘

I moved in New-Zealand almost 5 years ago, it took that long to find out a great Hair Stylist.. Then I found Lena. Great hairdresser, that knows what she is doing. I would recommend her to everyone!

Di is knowledgeable and friendly. She knew exactly what I was talking about. I got clear and glowing skin just after the first visit. Definitely no more oily skin.

I can't remember the name of the lovely lady that did my hair but it was amazing. Finally someone that listened to what I wanted, didn't get talked into buying multiple products and no unnecessary styling. Very reasonable price in the end too. Would definitely come back.

Had my eyebrows done with Di earlier today. AH MAZ ING! She made me feel so comfortable despite the unruly brows and made getting them done a breeze! I was thrilled to take some photos and record what worked well so we can remember for next time. See you in a few weeks, Di!
