C.My face and my hair had become very pale....now my hair is a lovely soft mix of my grey/silver with added dark foils (matching my original colour) and warm highlight foils. It looks so natural and I don’t feel so pale! I would thoroughly recommend the salon; Lauren did the colour and was able to do exactly what I wanted. The salon has a lovely ambiance and all the staff are profession and welcoming. Marvellous to have a local salon of this caliber.

I've been going there since I moved to Carterton in 2019 and have had great results from all my cuts, perms, colours and pedicures... And, they are so kind and thoughtful to boot, which makes it a wonder experience as well.
I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars.

M.Amazing team of stylists who are always super friendly and welcoming into the salon. Stylists are amazing at being able to capture your vision and deliver on it, as well as set you a clear path for your hair expectations (like if it's going to take more than one session to get your desired outcome)!
I also bring my son along to get his hair cut here too and he loves it, he is always excited to see his stylist for his haircut!

T.I don't usually write reviews as you don't always know how genuine they are but I just had to let everyone know that Headquarters are just the best, I can't talk highly enough about Leia & her team. From the minute you walk in they acknowledge you are there & they are so friendly, not over the top. You are always asked what you would like & they give their honest opinions (as you can't always have what you want as I have experienced in the past) as everyones hair is different & what you think will suit you doesn't always work. They explain everything & make the whole process as simple as possible. You sit back & let them do what they are good at & then you get a nice cup of tea with a little treat (so cute). The salon (both Hair & beauty) is always decorated so beautifully & tastefully with new themes & decorations all the time, you never know what you are going to see each time you go but what you do know is that the staff will still be treating you professionally, friendly & respectfully. It is awesome to have a salon like this in the Wairarapa. I have been having my hair done with Leia for 10+ years now & wouldn't go anywhere else. There are hairdressers & then there is Headquarters. Thank you so much for making my experiences in both Hair & beauty amazing, I always leave feeling relaxed & refreshed and there is no way I will go elsewhere. Leia your staff are a credit to you :-)
