I had my 40th birthday there 6yrs ago. It was my first time at Spa. I loved it, it was so nice to be pampered. I spent the morning there my two younger sisters. The middle sister is Aussie so we had hers over there.My youngest sister is 40 in December so I am organizing a similar day for her. I strongly recommend Champs-Élysees Day Spa. You leave feeling like Queen👸

I booked a massage for my long distance boyfriend as a surprise. The receptionist was so accommodating and helpful, and even helped me print out a letter and presented it in a beautiful way for my boyfriend. My boyfriend was really happy about the massage and the therapist was very professional and helped him relieve all the tension. It was so good that he wished he could have it everyday! Thank you very much again for the exceptional service and experience!!! All the best:)

I had a lovely facial. My skin is sensitive so the therapist picked out exactly the correct products to use on my face & sent me away with some samples to try. I'm not petite so I felt the bed was comfy and the room surroundings & music were relaxing. Lovely welcoming staff who look after you. Thank you Ali you're awesome!

Had a back and neck massage this morning which was a gift, wow it was good. Went for the higher pressure, how can it be painful but good at the same time? Felt relaxed the rest of the day, thanks for the experience.

Mani - pedi was below average.. I had to ask for cuticles to be removed. She was surprised when I asked for it. I’ve never had mani or pedi without cuticles removed. I had gel nail polish which was also pretty bad and I paid almost $250 for this!!! I like the facial though..

This place is to die for!! I couldn't recommend it highly enough, you'll be so pleased you went there. Beautiful surroundings, lovely room's and the highly trained much appreciated staff are just wonderful. Simply devine, thank you.

Very good, delicious high tea, the massage was amazing and did not want it to stop. Highly recommend!!!

Had a beautiful full body massage. I've never had one before. The spa is a beautiful building and the girls there made me feel real special. It was a wonderful birthday gift from my daughter. Everything was top class. Thank you .

I have just spent the most relaxing and wonderful morning being pampered and massaged by the lovely Rebecca,it was a gift from my lovely daughter the Star package and I have to admit it was the star treatment.The place is beautiful the staff are very warm and friendly and have just booked in for some more pampering.Thank you to the wonderful ladies at Champs Elyees Day Spa.💖💖

The setting is fantastic and the service was impressively good. It really helps you relax and feels like an amazing treat. I took my friend the day before her wedding and they helped her relax and feel special.

Had the most fantastic hot stone massage today with a therapist named Ai. Everything about the spa was amazing, all the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. And the treatment itself was individually catered and un-faultable. I highly recommend both the spa and therapist.

Just popped in to buy a gift voucher. Lovely place. Nice calm atmosphere

Lovely staff great range of services

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Was booked in for a petite pedicure and essential facial. Found it a little odd that we didn't discuss my skin type or skin concerns prior, just got straight into the facial after she asked what skincare brand I used. No offers or suggestions to any products that I might find helpful either at any stage. Facial was very relaxing and my skin is quite soft the day after, but it just didn't quite live up to my expectations (which may be my fault). Quite dissapointed with the luxury petite pedicure, for $65 it was performed whilst on the facial chair so no foot bath or anything, just a cuticle job, buff, 2 minute massage and a polish. I don't feel like it is value for money, especially since the next day a few of my toenails have already been ruined from the polish layers being too thick and not allowed to dry long enough between coats I think. Just wearing closed toe shoes the next day (after being careful the previous day) led to both big toes having screwed up polish which is a bit disappointing. Overall, I do think it's worth a visit (as it is truly a lovely ambiance and setting) but probably won't be back for those particular services.
