I had a pedicure yesterday with Jess at the northlands store and it was the best pedicure I have ever had! The massage was incredible and I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed, great chat too! I will definitely be booking with her again my toes look incredible and overall very happy. :)

Hi team, just a humble request and a feedback since I love your services no doubt but nowadays I hardly get attended properly :( I walked in this Tuesday night to get my eyebrows threaded and body waxing done and I sat down and waited from 05:00pm till 05:50pm only to be told that there is no one who can do threading..as you had a short staff so I waited for waxing at least but the lady started cleaning since the Parlor closes at 06:00pm but Completely ignored me I kept sitting but then I went home I was so annoyed as I feel I should have been told when I arrived so I didn't have to sit there waiting. So then I came in again today early morning at 09:45am around and I was attended very well and greeted by ‘Amy’ so I really got positive vibes as soon as I entered the room and she did my threading and waxing as well; so I’m very happy with her customer service and also with my eyebrows shape perfect and gently done will definitely come back again to see her !!!

Shobhna from dash face and body northlands i would highly recommend to everyone. i go to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and every single time without fail they are perfect, i’ve never ever second guessed my eyebrows and i already know they’re perfect before she shows me in the mirror, i’m always excited to see them once they’re done. her service is always excellent and she takes great!! care of me as a client. i refuse to go to anyone but her and i’ve been going to her every second week for as long as i can remember.

I had the best manicure done by Ibi today. She was so friendly and caring. I’ve been to a few nail salons but never have I ever got a perfect manicure, like this one. Ibi did an amazing job. I think her name was Estelle, she gave me the most amazing pedicure and foot/leg massage last weekend. It was pure bliss sitting in that chair and the water temp was nice and hot just how I like it... as most places give you a luke warm foot soak.. I can tell this lady has a lot of passion for what she does as it shows in her work and attention to detail. Thank you for your services and care as a first time customer travelling down from Auckland. (Not to put a damper on my experience at all.. but one gel nail did chip on the third day...)

Joyce did a beautiful job of my manicure over the weekend, very careful and super lovely manners. I was having a sad day and her lovely work and gentle energy meant i had a great experience and left feeling a lot better than when i walked in. Thankyou! **** edited to add below*** Since writing my first review as above i have been back twice and had manicures with other staff members. Both were careless when removing gel, one using the drill to remove gel and the other just filing it off with a rough file - instead of just waiting a few extra minutes for the acetone to work. Both manicures have barely lasted 10 days without chipping and taking the top layer of my now weakened nails with them. Today i again had a disappointing experience, nails looked fine in the shop but at home under proper light, they look like they were done a week ago they're so far out from my cuticles and the top coat of clear gel doesn't even cover the colour underneath. I will be booking with Joyce specifically in future as she clearly takes pride in the finished result and i feel confident that she will continue to do so.

Had my nails done by a young lady that had just started. I was a bit worried at first because I wanted someone experienced as I was in a hurry and didn't want any do-overs but the young lady Tammy did such an excellent job and managed to paint the nail bed smoothly and right to the corners where most would leave a noticeable small gap. They made sure they had all the right colors and on the right fingers. Awesome prices. Highly impressed will definitely go again!

I came here to get me eyebrows, eyelashes and nails done for my graduation. Very professional and well done. Only issue was when I was getting my manicure, the lady cut my cuticle on two nails and it bled quite a lot. I am not good with blood and this made it a rather negative experience. I was a bit shocked as this has never happened to me at any other salon. In the end the nails did look great apart from the one issue.

I am so pleased I started coming to Dash Face and body. It's such a welcoming & friendly place. I've had threading and waxing done from Kanchana . She is really professional and awesome at her job. I had my eyebrows done from someone else at some other place and they ruined it all but thanks to Kanchana who fixed it. She knows what she is doing. She make you feel so comfortable. The atmosphere and warm welcome all makes for a great experience. The ladies are professional and the facility is very clean.

I love the new salon they have at Northlands now. It is so clean and hygienic and all the therapist are very friendly and professional and deliver what I would call GOLD medal service. I"ve started having my nails done there to and the girls in that part of the salon do amazing nails, clean and hygienic just like the beauty salon. Its so great to have everything done in the one place. I would highly recommend.

This salon is just beautiful, I've been coming here for a few months having Laser Hair Removal on my arms and legs and almost have no hair ( Ya HAIR FREE ). I got my nails done here in their new salon and this place is so clean and hygienic and great manicure. They are nothing like the old nail shop next store. Highly recommend, well done girls.

I have been coming to see the lovely Amy at the Northlands store for eyebrow threading for quite some time now. She always does such a beautiful job as she is so good at what she does. I recommend Dash face and body and have been going here for over a year. I have had a great experience where i have been seeing Amy as my beauty therapist. Amy has tailored a skin care routine for me and has introduced me to the LA clinica skin care range. These products are amazing and i have had amazing results! My skin is so much smoother now and i have large pores which have decreased in size and my blemishes have faded! I wiĺl definitely continue to buy these products!
