Sandy is awesome. She makes you feel so comfortable and does such a professional job. Fantastic service. I also had my eyebrows done with Zinkal and she did them perfectly exactly how I asked. I recommend both these ladies.

Absolutely amazing. I personally recommend Northlands branch, I go there every time I wanna get my eyebrows and lashes done. They take really good care of you and so lovely to talk too❤️

OMG!! The best experience that I ever got. I had a 2hr session with Tajinder and she is so amazing at what she does. Got a facial which felt so amazing and she did an amazing job with my eyebrows and waxing. Such friendly vibes and amazing customer service. Definitely will go back again.

I got my lash extensions full set done by Bhumika as well as an infill and love them! The lashes really last, hardly any fell out in between in fills I would have gone longer had I not been going on holiday, and they look natural and volumous. The service is great and I LOVE my lashes.

I got served by staff member Sukh. Amazing talent. Extremely gentle and respectful handling. Got a head and neck massage. Absolutely coming back for another session soon. Wonderful job 👌👌

Second time I've been there and love it.The ladies there are so friendly and welcoming.Had my eyelash extensions done twice now by the lovely Bhumika who does a really great job...walk out of there feeling great! I had the best experience at the northlands branch. Everyone was very friendly and attentive! My beauty therapist, Sukh, was amazing! Sukh did a fantastic job on my lashes and brows!! She was so attentive, checking in to if I was alright throughout my treatment! I thoroughly recommend elegant beauty and will go back!

Had a great experience with Sukh at elegant beauty at northlands mall. She was excellent at checking the temperature of the wax and asking permission to use tweezers. Never have I had such a wonderful experience as hers. Beautiful room to move around and bed low enough to get onto easily. I will definitely be back here again. Sukh is absolutely amazing! Makes sure you get exactly what you are wanting everytime. Asks through out if you like the shape/colour when doing brows etc. Takes the time to get everything perfect, 10/10 will always recommend her!

I cannot speak highly enough of northlands elegant brows. My therapist suk is a gentle soul who performs her treatment s to the highest degree.her threading Is amazing and her facials have to be experienced to be believed. Love love going to see suk. This is my first ever review . Sue

I always go to the one in NORTHLANDS. I like them a lot because they are always very friendly. The ones who have done my eyebrows are Pink and Sukh and I love how they do their job. They always make my eyebrows amazing.

I got a birthday voucher, it had expired as only had 3 months on it from issue. They honoured it which was great. I had threading which was done well and an Indian head massage. It was good but very gentle wasn't asked if it needed to be more pressure. Overall a good experience.

beyond amazed at how great this place is! Just randomly decided to treat myself to threading and a facial. Threading was quick and easy. So happy that they just shaped and didn't thin them too much. Facial was so affordable and easily the best facial I've ever had. Dragged mum there too and she was happily pleased too. Already looking forward to my next facial!!

Elegant Beauty & brows in Northlands is my go to place when I need my brows done. Sukh does my brows and I love then every time. They make sure to give you a good shape to suits your face and if you want then a certain way then will do so. I've been to many places around Christchurch and this is by far my favourite place. They also are super sweet, have good service and they will make sure that you are satisfied with your brows after they are done. I highly recommend!

I got my eyebrows done and I walked away very pleased. For the last 6months , each time I went to get my eyebrows threaded at different stores . I would always leave with a slight gap and then advised that I had to grow it out in order for it to be full and not have a slight dip in it. Sukh was very patient and took her time on doing my eyebrows and asked if she could fill my eyebrows in as a recommendation (free of charge) . I was amazed at the results, at how it enhanced my eyebrows. Definitely didn't let the opportunity pass by and I purchased the pencil too. Thanks for the great service, I would highly recommend and I will be going back In the future as I have trust that sukh will do a great job 😊

Everytime I step into elegant beauty I am treated by lovely therapists and they make me feel valuable ..I had a facial which was delightful and relaxing followed by head massage. My skin left pampered and indulged ....could not have been better ...amazing care and service.. very happy:))

Everytime I have been into Elegant Beauty & Brows I have been made to feel welcomed and relaxed. Everytime I walk out I feel like a new woman. My usual treatment would be a face/neck/chin wax and eyebrow tint and shape. But I have also had the pleasure of having eyelashes permed & tinted, full leg wax. Today I had a face wax, eyebrow shape and dye and then the most blissful Gold facial with Sukh. I felt very relaxed and comfortable being under Sukh's gentle but firm hands and heartfelt smile. My skin tonight feels incredible and I can't wait to come back for my next treatment

Interesting outcome. A lot of information given. Unfortunately my skin rejected the procedure and within two days i was back to penciling my brows. Did not take up the offer to have brows redone. Will certainly return for other procedures. Excellant presentation by staff and surroundings

This place always smells lovely, is clean, tidy and very peaceful. I got an eyelash tint and the overall experience was so relaxing, plus the results were amazing and lasted a very long time. The ladies are lovely and the price is very affordable for such a good service.

I go to the Northlands clinic. My therapist Sukh is amazing!! Super professional and thorough, with an amazing personality to go with. She always makes sure I am comfortable throughout my treatment. Highly recommend!

Raj from the palms does literally the best lash extensions I've ever had (Been getting them for years & paying a fortune) she does the nicest lashes and is a perfectionist & is so fast. Always super happy with them and wont go anywhere else! Thank you <3

Booked in for an eyebrow shaping and fruit facial in Riccarton mall. Kiran did the eyebrow shaping for me first. I had never done this before, and there was not much preparation beforehand. I was immediately sat in the chair, and she wiped my eyebrows clean and then started straight away. The process was quite painful for me and I found it very out of my control to slow it down. The website stated that it would be around 15 minutes for this service, and I don't think she spent anymore than five minutes on my brows. Once each was done she gave me a brief look at them to see if they were ok, but I don't feel she was as knowledgeable or confident in making a good judgement that I would have liked. Didn't feel the most respected as a client, however she did do a good job. Sandeep did my fruit facial. She was very good, gave me a good bit of privacy to prepare and directed me really respectfully, as well as giving warning before she did anything different that I needed to be aware of. Overall a very good experience with her.

Been here couple of times for threading now, I feel bit expensive but which beauty shop is not. Good staff and highly recommend therapist Raj, she does great job on eyebrow shapes and overall threading. She is Definitely an asset to elegant beauty.

I was visiting Christchurch and made an appointment for eyelash extensions and brows shaped and tinted. Bhumika was lovely, she made me look 10 years younger. It was my first time having my brows threaded. I love them! She gave me natural looking eyelash extensions, noone can tell I 've had them. They look natural, full and lush. I will be going back next time I'm up and considering just visiting to get my brows and lashes refilled in weeks! Thank you Bhumika.

Had an amazing lash lift + tint with Komal today. Decided to do Henna Brows too and was very satisfied with the result and her way of working, absolute no burning or irritation on my sensitive skin after the session.
