I received a back, neck and shoulders massage voucher for my birthday and was really looking forward to using it. I found it disappointing that the message table didn't have a hole in it for my head so I couldn't fully enjoy the back massage as i couldn't get comfortable. I had booked a week ahead so they should of made sure I was in a room with the right table. It's a real shame as i was so looking forward to it.
