My experience at Lovoir has been such a positive one, that I have been recommending their services to my friends. My beauty therapist was Jessie and she was so gentle and really took the time to understand my skin and it’s problems, providing me with helpful recommendations. I have never had a proper facial before but after coming here, I’m booked in regularly for treatments. Five stars from me.

Could quite easily say Lovoir is the best spa in Christchurch! The girls are always warm & welcoming. Seeing Dani for my monthly facial is definitely my favorite time of the month, she is very professional & knowledgeable. I must add the new city spa is absolutely beautiful! 😍

Yesterday I got a pedicure and a facial and it was wonderful. The welcome at reception was lovely and the tea was a great touch, I believe Ivy checked me in. Melinda did my treatments. This was the first time i had been to Lovoir and I shall be returning! The range of facials is comprehensive and varied, and i chose a derma planing facial to get rid of the peach fuzz on my face and make my make up application look better. From beginning to end my therpaist was professional and competent. I had no concerns about cleanliness and health and safety and I'm particularly finicky about cross contamination and sanitised equipment! My facial was super relaxing. I didn't find the planing uncomfortable. Results are phenomenal and ill be returning in 6 weeks for another.

Danielle was excellent giving me a full explanation about the dermapen procedure so I felt I understood exactly what would happen. She let me known what she was about to do at each stage. I received sample products to use to help with the effectiveness of the dermapen for the next 5 days. I had very minimal redness and heat to the skin afterwards and have really noticed a lift in the lines around my mouth, jaw and eyes. Highly recommend.
