Had my first visit to Nicola Quinn Day Spa yesterday, and it exceeded all my expectations. I've never had a massage before, but a gift card brought me in, and I loved every moment of my experience. From the herbal tea in the Hush Lounge to start, the decor, the music, the experienced and kind staff, everything was on point. I had such a fantastic deep tissue massage from Valeria, who not only was professional and knowledgable, but released tension while promoting tranquility. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I can't wait until I can go again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and calm space to come relax. The staff are very professional and they go the extra step to make sure they find the best treatment for you. But book well in advance as this place is very popular.

A friend of mine arranged a gift voucher for me, I got a massage, facial and express pedicure. Christine (I hope I got her name right) was lovely and gave a wonderful massage and facial. Lily was also lovely who did my toes, really fast but they look awesome! Thank-you to both of you.

Been twice now and Victoria has been awesome! Got the sodashi treatment body brush while my husband got a sodashi deep tissue; we left floating on clouds. The sodashi products are in out of this world. I’d recommend the body brushing treatment any day!

I recently wanted to purchase a gift voucher from Ireland for my friend who lives in NZ and Chaniele couldn't have been more helpful. She ensured the voucher was delivered in time and sent me numerous email to keep me up to date on the status of the voucher. Couldn't recommend their customer service more.

From start to finish a blissful experience. A little more than other beauty clinics but so worth it. Seating area beautiful and tea an water served. Wonderful persinal touches. Staff experienced and care.

First time at Nicola Quinn and I enjoyed every moment! The friendly lady on reception set a lovely tone and the atmosphere was very calming. Grace recommended a facial to suit my needs and I really appreciated her flexibility in this. She was professional, friendly and knowledgable throughout. Thank you so much. Lovely spa, welcoming and professional team. Was very happy with my brow tint shape and dress. My therapist was great and checked if I was happy with the colour and it was no trouble to make them a bit darker. Pedicure was great however quick dry drops were used (without asking if I wanted it) and it caused my pedicure to never fully set. Unfortunately it was ruined when I put socks on 2.5 hours later which was very disappointing.

After a beautiful facial and one of the best massages I have ever had, I suffered a bad allergic reaction on my face. I hesitated to call and let them know because I wrongly expected they would say it's just my skin. How wrong I was! They were amazing! They worked with my doctor and arranged daily LED light treatments which were awesome to bring everything back to normal. I can't speak highly enough of the outstanding service when something didn't quite go according to plan. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, the ladies are all amazing and the menu is comprehensive with beautiful products.

Got gifted a voucher for my birthday for the divine sublime treatment. It truly was divine and relaxing. From calling up and booking the appointment to the finishing in the hush lounge, everything was so professional, and ever so luxurious. I loved my treatment so much I think I may have fallen asleep, whoops. I'll definitely be heading back one day to try another treatment.

I just want to thank Zoe and Lisa for an amazing three hours at Nicola Quinn. I just had the pamper package ‘Hot off the Stresses’ with Zoe who was amazing had great advice and helped me with a plan with my skin and I enjoyed an awesome massage and indulgent facial and lastly a perfect express manicure. As if that wasn’t enough relaxing I had the fabulous Lisa for an eyebrow tint and brow shape! I was recommend these girls highly. I have had an amazing day and was the perfect way to indulge on my birthday! If you can’t go on a holiday, spend some time and money on these girls they will not disappoint - it’s the cheapest ‘holiday’ I’ve had! Thanks girls! X

Every pregnant mumma needs a massage from Nicola, it was the best best best. I had massage from There throughout my pregnancy and every single one was amazing. They are well set up for pregnancy massages and other Luxurious treatments Most amazing pregnancy massages ! They are Works with you to make you feel comfortable and offers great help and support also!! I just love it 😍 Highly recommend !!

I visited NQB last week for the first time - very impressed. The decor, ambience and service was impeccable. Jess was professional and attentive, and we had the best time chatting away. I hadn't had a brow tint and shape in what felt like an eternity and came away feeling like a new person. She did a beautiful job! I have found my new wee retreat for my beauty treatments. From the moment I walked through the door I was taken back by the atmosphere of the salon. It is simply stunning, relaxing and you are welcomed by warm caring therapists. I had the Dermapen 4 treatment on my face & décolletage. This was my first time experiencing this treatment and the therapist was incredibly informative and made the process very relaxing despite being a little uncomfortable in areas. The spa is beautiful. Grace was my facialist, she helped me decide on the facial I would need and tailored it to my requests. she did a fantastic job, she made me feel very comfortable by catering to my requests and did an amazing face massage ! I'm definelty going back . :)

Anita gave me such a lovely experience with my Aroma Swedish Massage. I felt very relaxed and stress less when I left. Just another comment unrelated to my massage experience. I noticed in the Ladies toilet the back of the door looked quite grubby, everything else was sparkling clean. A bit of a shame when the standards are so high in other areas.

I also treated myself to a hush lounge pass which was a great way to take a wee bit more time before heading back into the real world. Booked in for a facial with Grace and she was so warming from the moment she took me into the treatment room. She took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of my treatment and adapted to my needs! I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud!!

I visited Nicola Quinn Beauty Day Spa recently for a pregnancy massage and express pedicure. It was fantastic. I was warmly greeted and had a lovely therapist who catered to my needs and target areas. I would highly recommend this Spa to anyone especially for pregnancy related treatments.

I had dermaplaning done to my face by the beautiful Zoe. This was my first time at Nicola Quinn spa and I am already so excited about my next appointment. I have had dermaplaning previously elsewhere in Christchurch however I was always left a little bumpy and red. I am honestly so thrilled with the treatment and Zoe was so professional - I could not recommend her enough.

I booked the bliss package. The massage was lovely, however, I think it was a bit too gentle for me felt like a back rub and not really a massge but still very relaxing!!! The facial - if you are after skincare then I definitely recommend as my skin has never looked better. I do think it could have been more involved though, ie pressure points and temple massaging instead of just rubbing your face but once again still very relaxing. I had my toes done but they missed the other part of the package (fingers) but this was removed from the total cost and they were very apologetic for the miscommunication. All and all would Definitely recommend 👌 think next time I'll book specific treatments instead of the package and maybe this would give me more of the things I was expecting above :)

Called in and they were very friendly and fitted me in with short notice. I have my eyebrows threaded and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely be returning!

My full body massage was a real treat. Anita found the extremely tight knots in my neck and shoulders and since the massage I have more mobility and movement. I’m looking forward to another appointment in 2 weeks.

Altogether a lovely experience. The Hush Room treats were a special end to my manicure. My only criticism is the visible sink area in the nail room with large handwritten signs for staff. Also, the gel polish started coming off just one day after the manicure.

I left Nicola Quinn Beauty with glowing skin after the Ginger & Me Mindfulness facial! HOWEVER, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after being preached to during the entire session about the multitude of products my skin desperately "needs" - with a quote for $400 worth of products, including a $109 sunscreen (?!?). It took me away from the relaxing experience and I felt uncomfortable. When I'm already paying $165 for a treatment, it's awkward when you continue to try sell to me throughout that treatment. Other than that, I enjoyed the treatment.

Was gifted a voucher for a massage by my work colleagues. Was a lovely massage, very relaxing. I'm giving a 3 star as although the massage was very relaxing, it wasn't a deep tissue massage (which was booked). I am also a bit confused as to why the masseuse asked me of my problem areas. I told her my problem areas, but she did not focus on them. I would have rather not to be asked, as it was a lovely relaxing massage, but not a focused deep tissue massage. Although it was a good experience, I probably wouldn't return.

I had receive the indulge package as a gift $260 value for 1.75 hours. I was out in an hour and a half. While my therapist was lovely, she gave no warning in what I was to receive i.e Ginger facial will feel a bit warm on your skin. She didn’t speak the whole way through, which I understand, we don’t want to have a conversation but just let me know what you are about to do. The lounge wait was cancelled because of COVID but surely that would not be for 45 minutes. Felt like it was rushed and not great value for the amount that was spent.

Highly recommend Valeria for a massage, I have been to see her twice and both times have been amazing. Valeria is also very knowledgeable and shows you what stretches to do at home to help relieve tension, this I found to be very helpful. Thankyou Valeria, I feel like a new woman!
