m.Amelia was knowledgeable, detail-oriented and professional. I appreciate her work because she was very meticulous and made sure that I was happy with the end result. Plus, she made me feel comfortable. Great value and service. I highly recommend.
s.Very busy little shop at the landing, newly opened offers 15% off all services. They do Meni and pedi, with normal polish, gel, and shellac to choose from. Professional services with brand new equipments. Disable toilet, disable entrance, disable car park nearby. They also offer repairs, 3-8$ depends on the nails. But you need to be extremely clear upon booking, such as whether or not you need gel removal, and what kind of nail art you are after, or they will book the next person back to back, not allowing any time gap between the appointments. Yuki did an excellent job on my spa pedi and meni, very detailed, I recommend her.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS (decor/aesthetics)
Cute and inviting decor from the outside (the doors) to the inside (colourful lights mounted on the wall, plants, pink and white furniture etc.); even the bathroom has a little whimsical spin.
RANGE OF PRODUCTS
There's a wide range of high quality, brand name nail polishes such as China Glaze.
CLEANLINESS
There are several nail stations and 4 pedicure stations with actual built-in foot sinks (or however they're called). Saw one of the techs spray the tub right after someone was done; also saw the nail tech working on me spray the tool that she was using (all the while, I'm thinking about how shiny and clean the tool looked). All good in my books.
AMBIANCE
Cool, chic, sophisticated yet casual with some nice chill music in the background and a flat screen TV with photos of nail work.
Overall, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. I travelled from Lincoln and the 2 bus rides were totally worth it.
MANAGEMENT, keep up the good work. Do NOT become complacent. Do NOT become comfortable. Do NOT compromise. Do NOT lower your standards.

A.Salon itself was beautiful, clean and well presented. I love the results of my nails, length and shape is consistent, application of acrylics and polish is tidy. Staff were lovely and polite - even when needing to answer the phone or greet the incoming clients. Would highly recommend - staff gave recommendations on when maintenance would be needed. Will be back for sure.

S.Tian and the staff at Petals Nail Salon are so talented and so lovely!!!!! I’ve been getting my nails done there for 2 years now and will never go anywhere else. My gel nails are always done to the highest of standards with not a mm out of line and no lifting from the edges. They easily last 4 weeks.
The nail art I get from time to time is always absolutely stunning and just like the pics I give them. I always have so many positive comments on my nails.
They have the best customer service!! They always make sure you are happy with the shape and the colour once they do the first nail.
Love your work girls and always enjoy my pamper time in your salon!!!
M.Honestly, such an amazing service here. I always get acrylic nails with gel polish either with nail art or nail diamonds and they always look so beautiful I am always so amazed everytime. Its a great self-care place to go to for me and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to get their nails done! Professional, efficient, clean, friendly, and amazing nails!

C.I took my mum to petals nail salon to celebrate her birthday - she had mani and pedi done by Dee, who was absolutely gentle and lovely, and very skilled!
The staff didn’t mind my sitting next to mum whilst she was being pampered, and we both got yummy tea as soon as we sat down.
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Also very stylish and well decorated place!

J.I honestly wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else if I had the choice. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The product range is immense and of great quality. The best thing about Petals, however, is the team who works there. The girls are all super friendly, talented, warm and so good at what they do! They really take pride in their work and the masterpieces they create show it. I look forward to every single one of my appointments because I know I will have great conversations and fantastic service. I usually see Kana (she’s a genius, honestly), but would be lucky to have any of the other girls work their magic on my nails too. Thank you Tian for opening this wonderful place. K.Firstly, the atmosphere is really nice! It’s a good peaceful and clean environment. The ladies were really helpful in explaining the services and just kind in general! Friendly and really easy to talk to. The price was really good and I’ll definitely come back.
T.Nice place, friendly staff but for a place that has a children's menu, they are inexperienced with children. My daughter weeks later is still upset about the staff member cutting her finger and sitting her far away from her mum and it had traumatised her after what was supposed to be a lovely first time experience.
