T.I worked with a girl called Kayla (Kaylah?). She was PHENOMENAL, especially given I had a good general concept but not an overall specific plan, and it was a big BIG change. She made sure I was 100% sure with each step before starting and it was really fun to see it all come together and chat with her! Amazing AMAZING service. Also very helpful with products I needed to service the style!
R.Great staff who are highly skilled. Amy Jo cut\styled my hair today. She asked lots of question right through the whole process making sure that she understood what I wanted every step of the way. She also recommended products that worked with my hair type. Highly recommend this salon.
S.Professional and great results. Their pricing is higher than many other places, but quite reasonable when figuring the labour involved (at one point I had three people working on my horrendous home dye job at once), products used, and quality of service. I spend the extra so I can be confident that I will walk out feeling good about the results. They also offer extra in-store treatments and recommend products for home use, but without being pushy. Love it.

Great consultation that gave me confidence of what I wanted would be what I get. I wanted bright orange like the lead singer of Paramore mixed with peachy light orange of G-dragon (Kpop).
All the staff are friendly and cool, they have good style and technique.
Clean bleach application, no rushing or missed spots. Colour of roots was accurate, no colour bleed. Coomb colour for even application after all the roots was done. Then moved to lighter ends colour for natural look.
Had a great chat to two staff members, they had good teamwork and I felt I was getting high quality attention to detail. It reassured me the whole team cares about each customer. Talked about techniques used, how to style my hair into the future and other interesting topics. Intelligent staff members.
From the first step of getting my appointment changed with no hassle to ending up with a final result I wanted, cheers.
N.I really wanna thanks Amy (Trainee Manager) who done a great job... I had bad hair highlights experience before. But they fixed it in awesome way. Love you guys. Really experienced people (Manager and Trainee Manager), they handled my situation patiently and intelligently.

F.Everyone was so lovely and kind, great service! However, the dude gave me a mullet when I asked for face shaping and a trim. I am not even kidding ahaha its a joke, I genuinely tell people that I've just had a flat initiation and mullets were compulsory. I have never been more unhappy with a haircut even when I accidentally cut myself a fringe. My regular hair salon is synergy in bayfair and I've always been thrilled with the cuts they give so I thought I'd give ric a crack. I don't usually cry over something as pathetic as a haircut but when I got back to my hall to "jesus what happened to your hair", I had to drink a Powerade to replenish the deadly amount of electrolytes lost through my tears.
L.Sarah gave me a layered hair cut and she did an awesome job too!! Taking into account that my hair is very very thick. Would go there again! Well done Sarah ☺
A.I have always had great experiences at Synergy. Online booking is a breeze and the service is top-notch. It's on the pricier side but I trust them with my hair and get fab results.
W.Hi, I had a hair cut last week, the next day was not happy after paying $59.90 for a cut only. Thought about it a lot, and rang them, talked to the manager Sharna. Who was extremly attentive and after listening to me gave me a full refund and a free haircut with one of their top stylists. This salon demonstrated only professionalism and understanding. If you have something to say talk to them don't hide behind the internet. Thank you Sharna and thank you to the young lady who cut my hair, I should off said something at the time.
I.Great place to get a hair cut and good prices too. I always go with Arno at the Riccarton store, and I never have an issue with getting an appointment. Would highly recommend Synergy Hair.
