Unlike many negative experiences with various hair stylists it was a pleasure to meet Olivia. She listens and gives good advice about colour and treatment. She guided me through going 'cold turkey' grey. Everyone gave me compliments about me new colour and style. She is such an asset to Vivo in Ferrymead. Thanks Olivia!

Went in for a consultation as I had no idea what I wanted down with my hair. Stevie was very helpful and helped me choose what I wanted! Booked in for a balayage so will update my review once completed!

I had a booking with Olivia who was professional, friendly and communicated really well with me throughout my visit. She did a beautiful job on my hair dye, even better than what I had envisioned and she wasn’t afraid to thin my hair out more when I asked for it as this is something many hairdressers usually deny me. Very happy with the end result, looking forward to more trips there in future!

Excellent service. All staff are lovely. Paul did a fantastic job of colouring my hair, even if he didn't follow the rules! I love the recliners at the wash basin. Sooo comfortable. Great salon.

Went today and had my hair treated with keratin by Arna (sorry not sure on spelling!) What a delight! So relaxed, time to sit quietly, but also friendly banter too- she spent so much time and care on my hair- can't believe how much softer it feels! Thanks beautiful lady, I really appreciate it!

Always great cut and beautiful dyes. Salon staff are super friendly and they're really accomodating. Thankful that I can bring bubs if in a pinch. View is great as well. Missing the 5th star because the salon itself is pretty dull.. could definitely do with a makeover and a bit of style!

Jamie at Vivo Ferrymead is amazing. After years of trying to get my natural medium brown to a really vibrant blonde, he achieved it in just two sessions and my hair is still in fabulous condition. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!
