My 9 year old son was getting his haircut after having it long for 3 years. He was really nervous and the hairstylist took her time to understand what he wanted. I think it was Kontessa. She did an amazing job, was very patient and the result looked amazing. He was over the moon. Thank you!

I booked an appointment with Kontessa on the recommendation of a friend. I love the haircut and Kontessa made the process of getting the haircut easy and friendly and offered advice on styling. It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be going back to her.

Had a great experience with Kontessa, she listened to what i wanted and made sure i got exactly that! Very happy with my hair she did an amazing job

I had issues with my hair color but this issue has now been resolved by management. Thank you for being fair and reasonable and getting this issued resolved. Much appreciated.

I haven’t had my hair done in 3 years since I moved to Christchurch and although I liked the way my last hairdresser done my hair, this was one of the best stylist I have used in my life!. I had booked a voucher online even though I didn’t know what it was I phoned through the next morning and Katie was able to explain it, she was courtesy of my needs and professional over the phone. When I got to the salon everyone was friendly and professional. I had to pay a little bit extra because of the length of my hair and of course it was well overdue. I was happy to pay what I did because man did she do a good job. Thank you so much Katie I’m happy and content with finding the right hairdresser in chch. I’ll be back! Happy customer. Thanks stacey

I saw Kesha today and left happier than I could ever explain. I had a really bad botched dye and cut job at Synergy, so I was really nervous letting someone near my hair again but I was left amazed at the magic she performed on my hair (Definitely wasn't an easy job to fix). I left Vivo feeling confident and after having my hair in a ponytail for so long and I can finally let my hair down without feel so self conscious! Thank you so much ❤ Only coming here from now on

Sherri was fantastic, fast efficient and realistic about the results my hair would have due to me box dying. Thankfully over time as Sherri assured me I have reached my ideal colour. Her professional advice and service is of a high quality and I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Got a deal on grab one for $149 ended up paying $210. Took 4hrs as she had 2 other clients on the go. Other client was getting vocal, as she was not happy. My hairdresser was having disbutes with another hairdresser, very uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Anyway the colour& how she cut my hair has completely dried my hair out, looks terrible& I'm going to have to get it all cut short. I've always had long hair in good condition, so I'm very upset. But on a good note, i complained to Vivo customer services and they were amazing! Got my money back, an apology& hair products in the post. Very impressed with how this was dealt with. Booked one of there deals for 149 with hair cut an colour. Did not need cut so it went up to 179. Mmm I thought that was odd. Asked for purple. Was assured it was purple as it was a mix of two colours. None of the colours to me even looked purple an I was told it was bad light. Well I ended up with Burgundy not at all anywhere close to the purple I wanted an thought I was getting. Left very disappointed an she even wanted me to book another appointment to do it again. No way sorry what I got an what I asked for are two very different colours. Then to gut me even more not even 3 weeks an the colour has gone. I was told it would fade alittle but not disappear completely. Was told these dyes are better than supermarket ones yet supermarket 40 bucks an my hair is good for 5 to 6 weeks pay 179 an it's not even the colour I wanted an not even last a month. Very disappointed would not waste my time or money going back at all. 🤬🤬🤬

Vivo Northlands is fantastic. The atmosphere is great and the staff are amazing. I have finally found a salon I really want to go back to. Thank you Danielle (I think that was her name) very happy with the results.

Great service! Really knowledgeable staff. I went in wanting one thing and ellysha (sp?) Was honest and told me that it would be a process and not a one off sitting. She did an amazing job and I've had so many compliments about my hair. Looking forward to booking in with her to carry on my hair journey.

Chantell is an amazing and wonderful hairstylist vivo can ever have. If anyone want to get their hair cut or colour done ask for her. She is humble and definitely works like a pro!! I just loved it🤗

Nicole you are a legend. It has been less than an hour since I left your salon and my head is still buzzing from being pampered. Vivo Northlands is the only place I'll get my hair done. Keshia is amazing!!! Best chat and so talented at her job. She checks in with me every step of the way to make sure everything is turning out how I want it to and I always love the end result.

Great plantnuim blonde from golden blonde in first visit really impressed with how professional all the staff were on the day. They really know their craft and products, highly recommend. Chantelle was great.

I would like to say a massive shout out to Katie at vivo northlands done amazing job on my hair my first time she sat and talk to me listen to me and help me decide told me straight what would work and what wouldn’t work with my hair customer service was amazing told me before we started how much so their was no hidden costs which was great all round I have finally found my hairdresser book in for 6 weeks truly amazing shop was clean you felt welcome by everyone great work thankyou and thankyou to my new hairdresser Katie you rock one happy client see you at my next appointment
