A.Was able to be seen on the day after an awful terrible haircut elsewhere, I was very upset but the team was so sweet and understanding. Laura was really careful fixing my hair and made it 10x better than what it was. Lovely atmosphere and walked out with a much better style than what I came in with. I have full confidence that this place is going to be my new regular, thanks for looking after me!
K.Jordie is an absolute magician with a sense of humour that has left my cheeks sore from laughing so much. Really wasnt happy with the full head of foils I recieved last week and came back to remedy this. The boys made sure I left the second time with a natural soft look that I absolutley love. They were so accomodating and professional Thanks heaps, I will be back.

Sara did an incredible job on my full head of foils; I had messed up my hair with box dye and she returned it to a beautiful clean and soft blond.
She also has great chat and the total appointment went very quickly! 5/5
Kyle is also fantastic. He's so friendly and was extremely helpful in advising me in how I could do my makeup while he did my hair. He gave me a beautiful plum/magenta color that is just sooo shiny and soft. I can't wait to see how it fades! 5/5
Arlene is a wizard, she managed to give me the exact perfect shade of sandy blonde to match my natural color. I've been trying for years to get it just right to let my hair grow out. I'm so thrilled!!! Great sense of humour too. :) 5/5

Beautiful building with a unique aesthetic that I've never seen at other salons. It was very comfortably and homey inside.
The stylists are all really friendly and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working together. If you're looking for a new salon, give Crave a try!

W.Recommended to go here by lots of people so I went for a cut & color and was blown away. Love the hair stylists, quality of service and affordability. There was good vibes, music, laughter and an atmosphere that makes you feel very comfortable. I will 100% go back there again and again. Also they have laybuy. Godsend.

C.So happy to have found this place! I took my 6 year old son here for a hair cut and was that impressed that I went and got a hair cut a couple days later. The staff are nice and friendly and it was also nice being able to speak with the owner who by the way is a really nice guy. It’s a hidden gem and I’ll definitely be going back.
J.Absolutely the best hairdressing experience I have had. In regrowth desperation I booked an appointment. I rocked up to my Friday night appointment with Shanaya and was immediately put at ease. The atmosphere was "nothing's a problem". I was taken step by step through a consultation where Shanaya listened attentively to what I was describing and checked with me regularly that we were in the same page. I spent three hours there and didn't notice the time at all. I left with a fantastic haircut, fantastic colour, and an assortment of product, that I had asked multiple questions about and had all been answered without harassment to purchase!
Crave supplies a welcoming space with really down-to-earth owners. The laughter and banter I experienced was an added bonus and I actually left feeling like I'd had a great Friday evening out with friends! Can't rate them highly enough.
A.I am over from Australia and needed a freshen up for my hair. I went by the reviews on google, as there was over 30 hair dressers around Dunedin. The men there were amazing! So easy to talk to, made me feel extremely welcome and did an amazing job on my hair! If I lived here I'd happily go back!

C.Would recommend Crave for hair cut, styling and hair colour. Jordiie, Kyle and staff are professional, talented, friendly and helpful. They can do hair and makeup for special occasions and weddings. They are ethical and community minded. Also I had a hair dilemma from having it braided overseas and instead of having to have it chopped off I was greatful to Kyle for takung the time to put it right.
l.jordie and team are awesome! his knowledge and passion for hair is outrageous. if you expect the best you will get it here. worth the flight in from the north island for his experience. and can honestly say the best in NZ.
K.What an experience!! Had the most fabulous balayage from Jordiie French and Shanaya finished my look with a great cut that still looks fab three months later. Mumu is unlike any salon I have been to before, you feel like you have the whole team pitching in to make you look your best. Definately going back
