This is one of the newly opened Nail Spa. I went in did a gel manicure for me while my friend did acrylic treatment. I really loved this place they have professional staff amazing service feels like home. Also notice they clean all the surfaces after each use no other salons do that (important in Covid times) the facilities are new it is really luxury in there. The best service and nail salon I went too Ever!! the staffs are all friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back and let my friends and family know too!!

The lady who did my nails was lovely. Attentive and patient as I had to get someone else work removed. Squeezed me in after my regular place cancelled on me last minute. I will definitely be coming here going forward. Highly recommend!

I just got married at the weekend and the week prior myself and the bridesmaids went as a group to get our nails done. We were so impressed not only with the high quality work (Best French manicure ever!) but with the beautiful surroundings and very friendly chatty staff. Highly recommended

Ive never made a review on anything before before but today I’ve decided to go out of my way to make this and I can promise you it’s worth the read. I’ve Had a few iffy results at some nail salons around Dunedin not necessarily bad but some that didn’t last and some that just looked rushed and poor and I’ve had this experience every salon I’ve been to around the country so I had kind of given up and assumed that’s what all nail salons were like, rude, busy and as if I was an inconvenience so I’ve been looking for a good place to get a full set of acrylic nails for ages and was not expecting much!! Looked around and the reviews for this place looked good but they were new so I thought I would give it a shot. I booked my slot over the phone and the man was very helpful. I showed up a couple minutes late but was greeted with nothing but a smile and friendliness. My first impression was immediately how clean it is they clearly care it was all so organised and not overly cluttered it was well cleaned and looked very nice! Second was how kind everyone was and how talkative, I often struggle with salons all talking to each other loudly in other languages (which is completely their own right and have nothing against them not being fluent English speakers even though 90% of the time they are) but I always feel like I’m being talked badly about and it’s an awful feeling being an over-thinker, these people did absolutely none of that, they had a diverse range of workers who were all so lovely and talked to me the whole time and seemed genuinely interested in giving me a very positive experience. The man talked to me about other experiences I have previously had and how happy he was that they have had such lovely customers. Now on to the actual nails… I’ve given it a few days to see how they last under constant use and see if they set well and I have to say these would be the best nails iveI’ve ever had. I went in not certain about what I wanted and I discussed it with the technician and she was so helpful she didn’t just give me the colours and ditch she came back and discussed what I wanted. I ended up going with a white base with a light gold glitter on top and then an accent mail which I wanted two gold strips. She started on my nails and first thing I noticed is how gentle she was, even tho my hands shake a little and sometimes twitch she never aggressively moved my hands or twisted them or told me to stay still she made sure I was comfortable in every way and filing and buffing she was so gentle on my hands and talked to me about what she was doing and we had lovely chats about our lives :) An even bigger perk is she brought a different gold for my streaks and did an example finger as to make sure i was happy with it and when I wasnt so sure she went out of her way to go and find a better colour, swap the brush and use it to test on another finger and didn’t make it feel like it was a chore or annoying even tho I guarantee it would have been. She even asked if she could do more detail and added a little heart which was ADORABLE! The price for all this was complete standard and I was blown away with the service they provided for the same price as I would have anywhere else. I will definitely be returning again and if you have any sense you will too ditch your local salon for this one.

Best Experience! Super clean, pedicure chairs are very comfortable and the prices are pretty much affordable! Highly recommend.
