F.Jemma was a very lovely, down to earth person who was easy to get along with. She did an excellent job at gentling removing my disastrous lashes I got done elsewhere. I also really appreciated that she suggested I wait before I get more lashes applied, which although was in my best interests, it was isn't necessarily in hers.
