B.I recently had the pleasure of attending Ora Day Spa for a massage. It was perfect - just what I needed. The environment was relaxing. All staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Highly recommended.

I received the henna brow treatment from Sara who always does a brilliant job making sure my brows are suitable for my face haha (no big slug brows lol).

G.Absolutely beautiful space which takes you to a place of relaxation, a hidden gem in Gisborne. The best massage in town. All staff are extremely polite, friendly and professional.
Unfortunately Ora has had to deal with months of harassment from their neighbours - the previous owners of “Surfin Taco” - Will and Melissa. They have caused a lot of issues after alcohol fuelled “lock ins” right next door. Thankfully they have finally left Gisborne and the 8 young girls that work there now don’t have to worry about the verbal abuse and absolutely insane accusations thrown at them at their place of work.
M.Wonderful service! I had the Brazilian Wax, Aromatherapy and Hair Mask. Waxing was very well done and the Aromatherapy and hair mask was so relaxing! The hair mask was an especially nice touch to an already very relaxing massage. I also like the small questionnaire they give you at the beginning, it allows for the massage to be more tailored to your needs.
My only two complaints would be that the bed I was on was creaking and clicking, which can be an anxiety trigger for people on the Autism and ADHD spectrums, and the scented bag that was put on my eyes was too round which caused an uncomfortable pressure for my eyes that aren't sunken. I suggest a more flattened version of the eye bag. I wanted to bring my friend to the place but she has Autism and wouldn't cope with the repetitive creaking sounds. I have ADHD and I just managed to ignore it. Thankfully the lady massaging me was really good at her job so I still really enjoyed the experience. If the people at Ora read this, I recommend getting a sturdier bed or putting them on the floor where it'll definitely not move. Also thank you for the massage and wax, and I wish you the best!

N.Had a great massage and facial. Disappointed with spa manicure- varnish chipped and smudged within 6 hours. They did say it would take a while to dry, but expected it to last longer than that.
