I am not a judgmental person but I have to judge now. I am sorry. I would rate 3.5 stars for this hair salon. I went this hair salon for first time and my expectation was at the top about this hair salon. BUT I had a bit of problem about time. So, One lady hair dresser said "Oh, please wait for couple of minutes and I will be at your service". I was like "Okay!" in a good mood. However I ended up waiting for 15 or 20 minutes. Started getting bored..... I was so disappointed because I had appointment at 5 pm and they started to cut other person hair who arrived behind me. At that time, my mood suddenly dropped down to -10,000,000. However, I was A Bit impressive by the haircut and SOME of the co-workers. Just A Bit Impress. But they changed the price of my haircut and I was like "Whatttt!" So I complain VERY POLIETLY and they finally changed the price. So... I decided that I will NEVER, EVER going back to that hair salon when I need haircut. You may think that I am angry in this Review but I am NOT angry. It is just annoyed, disappointed me and you made my day outstandingly terrible. But I still like the haircut too. Thank You Very Much for wasting my time on waiting!! Your Biggest Fan...

Tasha is my one and only hair dresser who knows my hair style well. I had a different cut this visit and again left totally satisfied. Most times I do walk ins due to my busy schedule and wen she is on,she accommodates and fits me in. I would like to acknowledge her and commend her for always meeting my needs and expectations, for always being kind and courteous. I appreciate her expertise, skills and talents. Nga mihi tino mahana 😍

I have had my hair done here twice and loved it both times. Terina did a great job and made me feel comfortable. Thanks Terina and will be back in the future!

This is not my first visit here since rani started managing this hairdressers. I have so much respect for her after dealing with my frizzy untamed hair. She worked her magic and I transformed from a dark headed girl to a blonde. Service was of a timely manner and the attention given was awesome. Never disappointed when I leave here. She absolutely slayed my hair and worked her magic which ended with me so happy. I'll be back for a keratin treatment in a week. Highly reccomend if ur looking for affordable help to maintain ur hair. Nice work keep it up.

Went in apprehensive of $5 eyebrow threading. So glad I gave them a go!! The lady did a wonderful job on my brows, it barely felt like she took any hairs while threading and then I opened my eyes to my new beautiful brows. They are a bit skinner than I would usually go, but they look amazing!! Thank you 😊

Came here to have my long hair sheared off into a nice short bob, great work by Nicolas, really warm and friendly staff here. They were willing to offer advice and suggestions, and had a great result when I told them to do whatever looked best. Love my new hairstyle and have gotten lots of compliments!

Over the past 3-4yrs I've been coming here for eyebrow threading and thought 1yr ago i'd try their hair services. I always get a full head of foils and am happy with the results every time. The staff here are friendly, welcoming and always greet you with a smile.

Absaloutly fantastic service! I normally go into a hair dressers with no idea on what I specifically want as I’m not knowledagle on what will suit my tone or what’s best for my hair. Most I have come across don’t want to have an opinion even though they are experienced in knowing this stuff and I feel this is what a consoltation is for. However, my experience here was completely different. They were excited to help and give their opinion, which made me excited. The outcome was perfect. Worth the money and time expechially when you are surrounded by good company and hair dressers that are passionate, funny, and helpful.
