S.I had multiple treatments here using Grab One voucher latest one being Indian Head Massage. Katie was proactive with bubbly personality. Very friendly and professional. She gave really good treatment and her service overall was 👍! Have booked another multiple treatments to be used in near future! Thanks Katie and Elite Team!
I.Courtney performed a 60 minute shellac pedicure for me today through a Grabone Voucher.
She was very professional the cuticle work was perfect and I am thrilled with the end result!
The south african manager was excellent and is truely a great role model for NZ beauty therapists!

T.One of the tutors was incredibly rude to me when I said I had trouble getting through for an appointment. I explained that I had left messages on several days, and several weeks, but got no call back. She said customers would be called back, to which I replied, but I didn't. The conversation went back and forth until she advised that maybe I should not come here anymore, if I feel that way. What a great example of a tutor.....
The treatments are great value for money, takes a bit longer but that's to be expected since it is a training environment and I don't expect the same level of expertise here than I would elsewhere. It's nice to get a cheaper massage and support the students at the same time. If you can get an appointment.
