A.I had a fantastic experience today at Kess, I had a few spare hours today and they were able to see me for a wash and trim within 10 minutes without an appointment! The lady that did my hair was lovely and did a really nice job. There was also a gentleman who I noticed when he wasn't with a client he was helping the other hairdressers and cleaning up after everyone, he even came over and helped with my blowdry! I thought that this was well worth some recognition.

S.I have been going to Kess to get my hair done for about 6 months now. I have found the staff to be extremely efficient and most friendly. My hairdresser is Punam who I find to be excellent. She understands my needs and the way I like my hair done. She listens and pays attention to detail which many hairdressers do not. I would highly recommend Kess. They are not overpriced and certainly value for money. If you are looking for a change I suggest KESS. Give it a go you might be pleasantly surprised🌺
M.I highly recommend Kess hair. Yusrah a lovely lady from Iraq was super friendly and did a fantastic job of my messed up hair. She knows what she's doing! The rest of the team are not overly friendly but ok.
V.I accidentally reviewed on the Centre place however my recent regrowth touch up and my trim was done by a lovely lady who is works in Centre place. She came to Chartwell for the day because someone was sick. She made my hair jetblack again. She was very friendly, very bubbly, made sure that I was comfortable and that I knew what was going to be happening. She showed me the length of what she was going to trim, she had brown and red hair and was from Jordan! My apologies I'm terrible with my memory so I don't remember her name. What she also did though is she made my bangs Fuller, by taking more hair from the back and it looks shiny and healthy and beautiful and every hairdresser I've gone to with Kess has done an outstanding job with my hair. In conclusion, from what I can see from both Chartwell and the others, they're all lovely and they're all very professional all around I would say all of them obviously they have very highly qualified and wonderful hairdressers thank you so much for my beautiful black silky soft hair ! And the ladies at Chartwell are so accommodating and sweet and lovely.
So professional and the ladies are just wonderful! I enjoy the chats and admire their life journeys. They get me cups of coffee and we laugh . That's what it's all about. I highly recommend Yousra she is my frequent hairdresser. She is so professional, sweet, kind and makes my hair look so glossy, full of bounce and has great skills. At Kess Chartwell I give Yousra an A+++

T.Iv been coming to Kess hairdressers for going on over 6 years now iv visited every Hamilton store from the CBD to Chartwell, Chartwell is my favourite store. I used to get my eyebrows done by Iman and she was fantastic, I always get my hair done at kess wouldn't go anywhere else.
