They have gone above and beyond to give me the best salon experience - they add a personal touch to the perfect hairstyle and color for you, and you leave the salon with something much more amazing than what you initially came up with.

K.Got my haircut on the 4th and I didn't manage to catch the name of the girl who cut my hair but she was one of the loveliest hairdressers i've ever had. Loved the cut too, exactly what I asked for not too much, will be back :)
S.Have added to my review as the owner called me to apologised and offer a solution. Unfortunately I couldn't take him up on the offer but the thought was appreciated.
Very disappointed. I have been a long time customer of synergy chartwell at least eight years. Booked a day of annual leave and my daughter into daycare. Paid a $50 deposit and confirmed my appointment. Drove from out of town to have them phone and cancel my appointment while I was on the way already. No attempt to reschedule or sincere apology to a long term customer.
