E.Very happy with the waxing and lash lift treatments I have had at the darling room. Being 9 months pregnant, the technician always makes the room temp comfortable and the bed can be put in an upright position so that I am not laying flat. Also good chat

L.Friendly staff, had a brow shape was done professionally and effortlessly. Clean facilities and all very efficient. Had been looking for a regular establishment, and glad to say I have found it. Some months later also had a facial and was beautifully delivered very relaxing.

A.Carianne is amazing, I totally recommend her. I have been to The Darling Room several times now and Carianne always makes me feel welcome and special. I love my treatments, the premises are sparkingly clean and a lovely environment to relax in.
R.First time to The Darling Room and Carianne was amazing. I really felt like she cared for me and what I wanted. It was my first time getting my eyelashes tinted and I was really worried about it. She made me relax and kept checking to make sure I was going okay. Would highly recommend seeing Carianne.
s.I have had a couple of different types of treatments here over the past year and I just keep returning. They're absolutely lovely and treatments are done to perfection. It's so convenient not having to travel into town and try to find parking too. My main therapist has been Katelin. She's been truly fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody. It's a Gem.
T.Will be coming back next time I'm in Hamilton. Briar did a great job with wax and I was made to feel welcome and left as one very happy customer. I forget the name of the other lady that helped rectify a skin problem I had encountered from another beauty salon. She went above and beyond.

K.Victoria gave me the best spray tan I have ever had and I have had a lot! There was a bit of a hiccup with my booking not being loaded into the system but Victoria went out of her way to accommodate me and I was glad she did. Highly recommended
R.I have been going to see Victoria for three years now for waxing, would never go anywhere else. The least painful, tidiest, and quickest brazilians I have every had (And believe me, I shopped around a lot!) perfect eyebrow shaping in a beautiful, relaxing salon. Highly recommended.

A.I've been going to The Darling Room for over 5 years and highly recommend it. Victoria and Ashleigh are excellent beauty therapists who run a professional, relaxed and fun salon. Personal favs - the relaxing facials and Inika makeup range!
P.My husband bought me a voucher for my birthday-nice eh, but as soon I walked into the place I smelt cat. I'm allergic to cats and dogs!!! At the end I asked about the cat and told the therapist of my allergy, she advised me that yes they did have one. I booked another appointment (probably stupidly) as the therapist had been good, but when I went back the next time I was greeted, in my opinion, by a rather scary pug dog, who wondered into the waiting room, I was a bit miffed that this had not been mentioned the last time and also, a bit afraid to be honest. When the therapist arrived at reception and I questioned her about it, she said, 'Oh yes we have a dog.' Would probably have appreciated knowing that before hand. She did say I didn't have to have the massage but I was looking forward to it and had made myself available for it.
Have never met Victoria, don't know what she is like, but perhaps she should realise that not all people are animal lovers and should maybe put the animal thing on her website and a sign at the front for people who do not or cannot love animals as much as she does.
M.I've been to many beauty clinics but Victoria is the best. She goes above and beyond for her clients and really knows her stuff! Highly recommend
