This is not Stephen but his partner Melanie. I went to Zibido for the first time today and love love love my colour and cut! I did not rebook at the time but as soon as I got home I booked on-line before I missed out in January! Thank you so much Shannon, you know exactly what suits, you are so so artistic - good luck with your upcoming awards! Fantastic salon, fantastic staff, fantastic prices!

Megan did an absolutely amazing job with my hair I love the outcome soo much I've never been more happy with my hair than I am currently. I've always had very long hair or atleast below shoulder length hair and haven't had it shoulder length since I was like 8, and was alittle worried about taking of soo much length and having it so short and was alittle worried it wouldn't suit me but right from the get go Megan was very understanding and reassuring over the phone asked me what I was looking at getting done and even managed to fit me in on the day I called due to having a appointment slot become available. Zibido is a very calm and relaxing environment and all the lady's working there make you feel welcomed and greet you with warm and welcoming smiles on arrival. I showed Megan a photo of what I was looking at going for and she did a perfect job recreating that and even left me alittle bit of length to work with after I explained my hair may get its curles back after losing the length (due to having ringlets as a child and me not wanting it to be too short if that were to happen) During my appointment I had a great chat with Megan and the appointment went by so quickly and I was able to relax the whole time knowing Megan was on the job and the finished look was just stunning my now natral strawberry blonde/auburn shoulder length hair, that was beautifully styled, cut and layered looks so much more professional and tidy than my long washed out blue hair with regrowth and dry dead ends and it has so much more life and volume. I left feeling so happy with my choice in salon and with the really reasonable price to have a complete transformation done to my hair. I will deffently only be coming through Zibido to get my hair done in the near future and look foward to my second appointment with Megan next Wednesday to get my balayage done and I know she's gonna do an amazing job with that too, I can't wait. If you're needing a hair salon to go to that will leave you feeling completely satisfied not only with professionalism, prices and the final look then Zibido is definitely the salon for you, after they have worked their magic on your hair whether it be cutting, layers, restyling, colour ect. I can garentee you will love your hair as much as I do mine. Thankyou so much Megan and Zibido for the amazing experience with you guys. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New years break, you guys deserved it for making people feel good about themselves and their hair and giving them that confidence boost on a daily basis.

I drive down from Auckland to see Pip as she does such a fantastic job. She's always very patient with me, and manages to get my blonde to the colour that I want. The new salon is gorgeous & always looks impeccable. I feel like a pampered princess coming here. A great team <3

First time at this hairdresser and had a lovely experience! Everyone looks up from what they are doing to greet you as you walk in, which makes you feel at home straight away. My hair was in a bit of a state after dealing with chronic health issues but my hairdresser Buffy took time to listen to what I needed. Had a bit more cut off than I normally would but was really happy with my fresh cut. I loved that Buffy took a few extra minutes to run the straightener through so walked out feeling great. Price is extremely reasonable - think I might have found my new salon!

I've been a customer for the last 4 or 5 years, with Buffy always doing a great job on my hair. I always feel great after Buffy has worked her miracle on my hair! When they moved from Glenview to their present location, I went to another local salon, which cost more and I was never truly happy with my results. Needless to say I'm back with Buffy and Zibido! All the staff are great and very friendly and I'd highly recommend Zibido!!

Pip, you have replicated the hairstyle I loved all those years ago and have been searching for, ever since. You are amazing - obviously, my instructions were never very clear and it wasn't until you did what you thought best that it has all worked out. I'm loving it, thank you so much. :)

My kids gave me a voucher for my birthday to get my hair re-styled here. I booked in, and paid for with the voucher, a restyle. However, what I got was just a plain cut and no new style. The team have great skill and it's a nice salon, however I definitely feel I was wrongly overcharged for the wrong service.

OMG the best hairdresser I have been to. Moved to Hamilton and was recommended this salon and Shannon......best recommendation I’ve ever had. Not only is Shannon highly professional but really cares about her client and the end result. Her consolation is completely thorough, she listened totally and gave me better results than I could imagine. I could not recommend Shannon and her friendly staff enough. Highly suggest you get to Zibido

Always love coming to this place! All the staff are just so friendly and happy, I never have a bad day when I'm there! Meg always does Gods work on my hair no matter what challenges I give her 😂❤️

I absolutely love Alisha, the best blonde specialist in the Waikato.

Every staff member I have had the pleasure of working with has been professional, knowledgeable beyond my expectations and is friendly. They never cut more than you're comfortable with, are not overtly pushy with product upselling, have a great range of products and tools available and I cannot fault them in their service. Highly recommend and will continue to use them exclusively!

Buffy is excellent with her hair colour and cut. This is especially in the context that my hair is thinning. She does a great cut to ensure it remains full looking.Very easy to talk to and get along with.

Amazing talented team of hair stylists at Zibido. They take the time to understand what you need and use their experience and expertise to craft gorgeous hair. Love that they have a focus towards education, creativity and upskilling in their craft.

The layout is great, the staff are amazing and friendly. They give you advice and suggestions but have never pushed to do something i didn't want. Have been going since Shannon opened and will continue to go back
