I had an excellent experience. Hair stylist Tinisha provided exceptional service. Made me feel welcome & she pampered me. Her product knowledge and passion for her craft shone through. I'll definitely go back because of her. I also could tell all stylist had a very professional approach & product knowledge towards their own customers needs. Establishment was beautifully setup. Thank you Tinisha & Vivo team stylist. I like my new look. Keep up good work.

Early Christmas present for the missus and all went well; fair priced, excellent before and after and even I was served a sweet and coffee just for dropping her off. Safe to say she’ll be coming back.

Having recently moved to Hastings and being a Vivo client in my previous town I headed straight to Vivo Havelock North as they are my nearest Vivo hair stylist. I have been 3 times now, had my hair styled with Amy and Robyn, and am impressed with their friendliness, professional attitude and 'Can Do Attitude" and have left very happy with my cut.

I visited Amy before lockdown regarding dandruff issue , which I have from years have been to doctors and also other hairdressers but no help. After Amy suggested me Some product to use I started seeing results just after first wash . You could tell that she is experienced in her job and also very friendly. I went there again for a recommendation of daily use shampoo and it is also working great for me . I Would recommend them . They are very professional and friendly. Thanks Amy.
