K.To the beautiful team especially Diana from NZ Lashes, thank you so much for your prompt updates the moment I placed my order to the time it had arrived. I figured out a couple of days after placing my order that it in fact had been incorrectly shipped to another address with the same street name. ( No fault of NZ Lashes, the Courier provider mucked up.)
Diana was prompt in replying and quickly investigated the situation. The customer service provided was exceptional and the issue was rectified within less than twelve hours. I received my packaged shortly after with no issues from the team and even got complimentary samples to go with. Awesome work team. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you a million x

k.If you are a lash technician and wanting under eyepads i HIGHLY recommend Nz Lashes under eye pads 😍 They're the best i have ever used and ive tried under eye pads from multiple suppliers! They dont slide and are super high quality. Amazing product and will definitely be purchasing in the future
