Good experience the last two times. Wasn't thrilled with my gels they lasted 5 days before they chipped off and I wasn't doing anything out of the norm. But I was happy with my brows and lashes The other lady was very friendly and chatted away and was very efficient. So happy with my brows and lashes! Taylor? Tai? So sorry can't remember but I'd happily book her again she was wonderful

Threading was good and a nice change from waxing.. really quick and pretty painless & had no skin reaction like i do with wax. Below average results from lash lift this time round compared to the other times, which is ashame.

Spectacular experience! Toni was really professional, discrete and provide a great service. All the facilities are outstanding.

We did a double pod it was great how you could float in 200mm of water 💧 so special you need to try it

Nice friendly service , did a nice job of my nails. Also so tempting to spend more money in the cute homeware/ gift shop attached

We began our end of year work function at Beauty and Beyond, indulging in a deluxe 'Sparty'. It was sensational! The girls were friendly and engaging. The shoulder massage was to die for. I would return for that alone! Thank you very very much for having this amazing service available in Invercargill. The decor inside... is jaw dropping! Thank you again. X (We hope we weren't too much trouble... xxx)

Love my birthday treat gel nails, at this gorgeous, tranquil spa sanctuary. I grabbed a menu so I can peruse & try some of the other beauty therapies & services on offer❣️ I will definitely be back!

Had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed here and the staff were very kind and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. Was not the best job though as not all of the hair was removed. Besides that it was great but wasn't worth the $40 price tag.

Absolutely loved this tranquil spa. We had a steam, geisha bath (individual scented tubs with food platters) and massages. Every detail had been thought out to make sure we had the most relaxing experience possible.

Had a beautiful pamper day and was in love wirh the peacefulness of this place. It is absolutely stunning in decor and the staff are so lovely. I have never felt so relaxed. Hands down the most stunningly beautiful spa I have been too. Especially loved the Sparty room and the slideshow.

Gorgeous salon, massage was not good at all, staff is on a rush or they are super booked (you can feel it so not very relaxing) I will go again and try something different.

The quality of service is always great and the girls understand exactly what I'm after.

As always it is a pleasant place to go for a haircut. The staff are so friendly and listen to what you want.

Favourite beauty spa in southland hands down love the spartys beautiful luxurious decor and design great gift shop too and bought some amazing make up after i had a lesson there for my friends wedding learmt alot so friendly and happy to help

I went for a relaxing urban oasis facial treatment and it was lovely. Everyone was friendly and everything smells good in that place. I could have lay there all day.

Great instore review with Caroline but the booking system online is terrible! I'm trying to book for next year and the cellphone number and password just wont work!
