A.I moved to Kaitaia a few months ago and have found the lovely ladies to be very nice, i especially like Neha the store manager, she has done my nails every couple of weeks, I get the shellac done. They also offer threading, every time I leave there I feel beautiful.
R.Wax service is very professional. Haven’t had any issues, if I did I would recommend saying something to the manager and she’ll fix you up. Always have a good chat while I’m there. Nice ladies.
T.Before my experience(s) I was weary because the prices didn’t cost me and arm and a leg so I wasn’t sure how good the job would be.
I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED and am everytime I leave the shop.
Nilu does an AMAZING job.

If I personally talk about good customer service, Neha a Manager of this beauty Gallary who always gives me special attention as a customer. I would definitely prefer to go this beauty saloon.

Highly recommend for all threading and waxing needs with attention to detail and then completely relax with a stone massage before walking out the door with the best pair of tinted eyebrows, complementing my shape and colour of face. Ladies I walked in from being at the doctors and chiropractor with a certificate to be away from work for a week. Right now I feel I can go back tomorrow.
