Kelsey is a well trained experienced professional with 14 years under her belt. Her rooms are immaculate, welcoming and calm. She communicates in an attentive and caring manner. This is the best waxing experience I have ever had (sugar waxing) and I’ve had many! The facial was a glorious experience, I floated home afterwards… I would recommend Kelsey to my friends and family without hesitation. I found her pricing to be very reasonable for the amount of time and energy she gave me.

I actually don't know where to start Kelsey is so fabulous. The minute you walk in the door you are made to feel special. The room is warm, smells wonderful & has lovely relaxing music. Kelsey's facial is the best I have ever experienced. The arm, hand, head & shoulder massage are absolute bliss. The Synergie products are amazing & I have noticed a definite improvement in my skin. I hadn't tried sugaring before but I am hooked. Not sure what I am going to do once Kelsey goes to Christchurch. I can't recommend Kelsey highly enough. I wish you all the best Kelsey. What a wonderful experience, I went to see Kelsey to curl my eyelashes. Kelsey did an incredible job and made the whole treatment blissful. Her studio is elegantly presented, you instantly relax when you walk in. I would highly recommend Radiant Beauty for any service.

Kelsey's knowledge and treatments have made such a difference to my skin. I love the Facials as they are so relaxing and the Repechage & Synergerie products used are great quality and tailored to what my skin needs. Its also great having the option to add in the LED treatments she offers. Also her Lash Lifts and tints are fantastic!! Kelsey is an amazing therapist. Her facials are a good work out for the skin, relaxating, but amazingly therapeutic. Her facials cover all the bases of working on your skin, but giving you some time out and relaxation too. Amazing skin knowledge, encouraging my skin to be the best it can be. A pampering foot rub and decollatague massage during my facials is awesome too. As a treat I can also recommend the deluxe pedicure. Great range of skin care products that deliver results too.💛

A great experience, every time. I saw Kelsey for about a year here in Dunedin. She is an experienced pro, and creates a lovely, relaxing, down to earth atmosphere. As a newbie to lash lifts and brow tints, I was hesitant at first, and afraid I'd walk away with really "loud" brows. But Kelsey walked me through it, and hit the mark every time. I have had the privilege to have Kelsey as my beauty therapist for nearly a year and wish I had found her earlier! As soon as you step inside Kelsey's treatment room you are transported to a place of skin and body bliss. She is so professional, guides and educates but doesn't overwhelm. Her knowledge of skin is amazing and she truely only wants to achieve the best results for you. The facial treatments are results driven but oh so pampering & relaxing. The massage you receive during the treatments are just divine. Her attention to detail of brow/ lashes and pedicures, show just what a perfectionist she is. Our selfcare is so important & I see Kelsey regularly. I will miss not having her here in Dunedin but will travel to see her in Christchurch, she is that good & the loveliest of ladies! Kelsey you were amazing, as soon as I walked thru the door you took one look at my skin and knew exactly what the best treatment was for it, and you nailed it, my skin feels amazing. Kelsey was so professional and explained all the bits and pieces that she was doing, recommended multivitamins to help with my skin flair ups and sent me on way with some little samples to have a go with. It was the most relaxing and comfortable environment and she made me feel so welcome. Absolutely money well spent and a very blissful Saturday afternoon. Hands down, the best facial I’ve ever had. And I’ve been investing for years. Kelsey is completely professional and gives incredible and in-depth advice about skin, skincare and products. I’m a relatively new client and tried the Synergie Facial which was brilliant. It was so relaxing - including both the hand, arm, head and neck massage - and my skin looks and feels amazing. She is also my absolute go-to for brows and lashes. She is meticulous and I leave feeling so good after every session.
