R.I absolutely LOVE going to Kess Hair & Beauty. Yesterday I went over to get my hair done, and while doing it, I thought about having my ears pierced for the first time. I was so ridiculously scared to do it.
But I was so lucky to have such wonderful people who encouraged me and calmed me down. It was incredible how everyone chimed in and helped me, and held my hand while it was done.
I'm so lucky to have had them. I appreciate so much for what they did. I really want to especially thank Maria, Dharshana, and Ranjana for being so incredible. They're lovely people with a very kind and understanding heart. Once again, thank you.

N.I had my hair done here before my Mum flew in to visit who is a retired hairdresser. She said that it was the nicest cut that she's seen on me before and to make sure I always go back to the same person. I had foils also done and they look amazing.
