Just got my nails here for my Wedding , I have ombre pink and white with some jewels on top - had them done over a month ago. The only reason I got them redone was because my nails had grown out! Would highly recommend, long lasting beautiful nails and lovely people working there too

I'm very happy with my nails. Even though I picked what turned out to be low-key ugly on me, the technician hyped me up about it anyway. Staff were very friendly, and the store had a great atmosphere. Would recommend.

First time in a nail salon, amazing service! I love my nails, exactly what I was after. Lovely polite staff, always checking in with customer that they are happy with the service thus far. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Absolutely love this place. I went in for a pedicure today and feel this is the best place in Lower Hutt. These girls are so cute and I enjoy to talk with them. In addition, the pedicure service is extremely great, hope to come here next time for pedicure. Highly recommend

Me and my little girl always come to Lustre & co every school holiday to get our nails done . The team is very patient with all the request from my baby Xx . They even took their time and add some pattern to her nice which made her happy the whole time we there .

I always travel from Levin every 2 weeks to come to see My or Anh for my lashes . I can’t find anyone who do the same work like them . To anyone who wanted to get amazing LASHES , this is your place .

Customers service at Lustre & co always the best . My mom totally forgot about her gift voucher expired after 6 months but the team at KBS still sort out everything for her. Thanks to all the staffs there to look after all my family very well .

I’ve never booked always walk in and keep ending up with the rudest girl called Huang or Dung. She yanks my hand around demanding I relax, and twists my fingers to the point of pain. So stressful for what should be a nice experience getting nails done! And it’s not cheap either! She’s SO Unhelpful and so incredibly rude. Last time I’d had enough of her behaviour so I told her I can’t relax when she’s behaving so poorly. She ended up storming off into the mall so Vicky had to finish my nails. I told her what had happened and she was so lovely and caring. What a nice change! But I’ll never go back even though they have the best range of colours.

Super impressed with the attention to detail! Nail artist frequently asked me throughout the session if I was happy with each step and asked if I wanted to change anything. First time I've left a nail salon feeling like it was an enjoyable experience :) is a but on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and more. Nails look amazing! Reccomend.

love love love this place!!! Drive all the way from Upper Hutt just for the service. I personally always ask for Alex as he always puts a smile on my face with his humour and his personality. He also is very helpful and will show me new nail colours they have just gotten in recently which is great! all the ladies there are super friendly and they will help me pay by getting my card out my phone so I don't damage my new beautiful nails! 10/10 highly recommend.

The ladies here are the best at SNS. They last so well until they grow out so far you need a new set! Just love it 🥰 Thank you so much

I have always had good service here until today. I had booked in my lunchtime, when I arrived it was full, I ended up rescheduling to later that day only to arrive as they took 4 walk ins. I appreciate it is a busy time but I would have thought a booking took priority over a walk in. Very disappointed, 20 mins later and still waiting. Don't take bookings if you can't manage them.

I have been going to Lustre since their opening. I have always had great service the ladies go above and beyond to make sure that you are well looked after. I have recently been going to Alex who has a great customer service ethos. Alex chats away, makes you laugh and is genuinely interested in you. I really appreciate how Alex will help you with your eftpos card so that you don’t chip your nails. It is the little things that makes such the difference. Thanks to everyone at Lustre you work incredibly hard and your customers appreciate all you do to make us happy.

I asked for a design on my nails that the nail technician said couldn't be achieved with SNS. So she recommended half SNS half gel. Vicky who was doing my nails did an amazing job and I loved how it looked but unfortunately it started to chip on the same day. Gel and SNS didn't mix well? Anyway I returned to get it changed to just SNS and they happily did this for me, Vicky did an amazing job again. thank you :)

Come to Lustre & co if you need any cool nail art, there gel lasted on me 5 weeks without chipping .

If I could give 10 stars I would. The service was absolutely amazing and my nails were so pretty. Came here on a whim but plan on coming here regularly. The best part of the experience is that I wasn’t just another customer where they just go through the same routine of quickly doing my nails and then moving on to the next person. They took the time to help us choose what colours we want, they gave advice on how we can make them better and just overall had such a nice chat. It was like having a nail artist friend. I have been going to Lustre and Co ever since they first opened and have never been disappointed. This is my favourite place to treat my self I get classic lashes done and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. They do and absolutely amazing job I’m so happy every single time, I come and they never let me down at all, I have also recently got combination brows done and I’ve never felt so confident in my self, She did an absolutely amazing job and also made me feel comfortable in my own skin. I've been here a few times now. It's okay, and that's about it. Nails last really well and they have a great range of colours available. But they're always a bit roughly finished. Like, there's always one or two slightly wonky nails or there's a rough edge on a nail that catches on my clothes or theres glue all over my fingers. That being said, I had to take my baby along to my last appointment and they were very accommodating. But they're okay. Just okay.

My nails are short and brittle no matter how much collagen I use or how many vitamins I take. When I went to this lovely nail bar, I was recommended to do dipping powder colours on my natural nails. And thank you so much for your advice. My nails keep growing and I am so happy now

The team at lustre and co are just amazing. I get my nails and volume lashes done quite regularly. They are the friendliest family owned and run small business around. The quality of their products are top notch, which means it’s safe for myself and also their staff. I wish I could post a photo on this review of all the outstanding nail art I get done there. They are perfectionists and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Best Lashes Extension in the Hutt , their price is worth what I get. The lashes lasted for soo long . Highly recommend!

The SNS nails I had done were amazing quality and looked great, although myself and my two friends all booked for 2:30, we were all seated at around 2:50 and only one of my friends started getting her nails done straight away. I chose to get designs on my ring fingers which I was told would only take an extra 10min from my friends,as our nails were all meant to be finished at the same time (around 3:30ish) They had their nails done by approx. 4pm, and I had to sit in my chair with no nail technician for another 30-40mins because a person had walked in with no appointment booked and the lady who does nail design started with her nails. I was seated right underneath the TV playing music, which was SO LOUD, I couldn't clearly communicate with my friends right next to me, or the nail technician. I didn't get out of Lustre & Co until around 6pm after sitting and waiting while staff swept and cleaned the shop. Good nails, but Lustre, please when someone books an appointment, keep it to the time it says on the online site, and not finish nails nearly 3 hours later.

I always go to Alex he is professional, friendly and helpful and a very talented nail technician. He is was polite, honest and was always compliant with social distancing and level 2 guidelines

I always find Joy and Pamper when I come to Lustre & co. The best Beauty Salon out there for who is looking for luxury services, from Nails , Lashes to Brows .

Lustre and co and kiwibeauty in Wellington are by the same owner. And I’ve been going to both for as long as a can remember. I refuse to trust anyone else with my lashes and nails. Like they do me soooo good. Lustre and co has always given me amazing services, even when I make last minute appointment they can always fit me in. Like LITERALLY I’ve recommended both places to all my friends and family and strangers who have asked where I get my lashes or nails done and I always recommend either the two. And now they’re all they are regulars aswell. Best lashes in Wellington without a doubt. They literally have it sussed 😍👌 AND the prices are reasonable; you get what you paid for, and their totally worth every penny.

Love My and her work! She is such a talent and super professional! Have had lashes with her for over 3yrs now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The best place to get lashes done in Wellington hands down! I get so many compliments on my lashes, asking if they're real too! I have been getting my lashes done by them for 2 full years now, first at Kiwi Beauty Salon and now Lustre & Co in the Queensgate Mall. Once I found them I have never gone elsewhere, the quality is honestly second to none. They advised me on which style of lashes would achieve the look I wanted and suited my eye shape best. They do so much further training, you really get what you pay for! They care about their work and talk with me about things that won't work. I haven't had any lash loss or damage in these 2 years, and they check in with me about the health of my lashes when I get a new set. Why pay less when you can have the best?

I have tried all other nails/ lashes salon in the mall and Lustre & co is the best Place here .

I had an amazing experience when I initially went in to get SNS nails however when one chipped the next day I contacted them to book in for a fix (it states in store that if a nail chips & they are contacted within 3 days of the original appointment they’ll fix for free). I was told it would take 15 minutes tops to fix one nail but after being left there for half an hour I was only able to get the polish removed as I had to get back to work. I then came back for my 2nd appointment after work to reapply & despite the receptionist stating it should’ve been for free they charged me anyway.

Amazing work. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done. Helpful staff. Always willing to help with queries and everyone's always friendly. I am happy every single time spent there. Super relaxing pedicure and manicure in Hutt.

Lovely staffs . Great services . Good Price for Sns on natural nails that last me at least 3 weeks . I only need to come back to get my nails redone once the nails grow out . Plus this is the most fancy beautiful nails salon in the mall 💕

My go to place for lash extensions, refuse to go anywhere else, good quality and they always look amazing. First time getting SNS on natural nails and they lasted 6 weeks, was quite impressed 🙂

Nails bars in the mall are a bit hit and miss. I booked for a group of x4 for the deluxe pedicures and deluxe they were . Best pedi I’ve ever experienced . Also felt like we were important from the minute we walked in . It’s Christmas time and they were busy but we never felt rushed once . Def be back, thank you 😊

~Edit to add I went back a month after this review and things were better. They seem to have made an effort, and everyone was lovely. We didn't get left for half an hour, and everyone was lovely and in joking moods. If this is the new normal, I love it! Also my nail tech was amazing, and very talents. They did some cool frogs on my fingers, so thank you Alex! You're awesome~ Bad customer service, and we were left waiting for up to 30 minutes at a time, multiple times while we were there. They admittedly do do manicures well, but my pedicure was a bad job, looking like it had been a few days of growth, right after it was done. Their prices are too high for the quality of their services, and you will be there for hours as they come and go in the middle of doing your nails. Most of the workers are kind, but there is one lady who looks and sounds like she hates everyone who walks through that door, and is only trying to get as much money out of clients as possible. She may be the boss, as everyone went to her with questions about prices etc. Would much rather go to 4 Seasons, as they're lovely, fast, cheaper, and better quality.
