Sent my parents for a couples spa for their birthday.. Easy over the phone booking and transaction. Parents enjoyed it so much , I'm now the favourite child😁

Unreal experience! If you're in town I absoutely recommend booking in. We got a couples massage with a foot soak and scrub, back scrub and hot stone massage and full body swedish massage, and it was wonderful. Therapists are lovely and the spaces are really clean and relaxing.

I had my first spray tan experience at Sanctum today and I am sooo happy I did! I feel so confident and fresh afterwards - I left with a wee spring in my step. The ladies are so professional and friendly and will go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and valued. Kathryn did a really nice even tan and had heaps of advice to give about time to leave it on etc. She chose the perfect colour for my skin and I am stoked with the results. See you soon hopefully! :) 11/10

From the moment we stepped into Sanctum we were greeted by smiley, happy and informative staff who offered refreshing herbal tea to begin our most amazing Day spa experience. My daughter & I chose the Invigorate package, and it exceeded our expectations. Our therapists (I had the amazing Amy) delivered a very high quality, professional experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t fault anything, and of course wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sanctum to everyone. We were pampered from head to toe and it felt like Heaven, not just the treatment itself but the treatment rooms were scrummy, warm, restful, tranquil and gorgeous. We both couldn’t rate our 2 therapists Amy & Chloe highly enough. I’m sure you will agree once you try for yourself. I’m looking forward to my next visit...

After an emotionally draining few months, I thought I would treat myself to a massage to ease the tension in my shoulders, and to lift my spirits a bit. I am so pleased I sponteanously booked at Sanctum! Rozelle not only delivered a massage that was deeply relaxing, healing and enjoyable - administered at the perfect pressure - but she also provided a quiet, warm, and nourishing environment where I found I could free my mind from my worries, and soak in some relaxation. Thank you, from my heart.

I had a wonderful experience at Sanctum yesterday. I booked in for a 90min Coconut Bliss massage. Being a massage therapist myself I am very particular about what I like and I definitely wasn't disappointed! From greeting at reception to my therapist Emma, everything was efficient, friendly and caring. Emma was the absolute beautiful caring professional and an fantastic massage therapist. I was over the moon with my session as I floated out the door! I'll definitely be back - thank you ladies for making my special time for ME so wonderful.

Absolutely loved my visit at Santum. Such a beautiful studio with the most friendly staff. I had my nails done, the gel they use is TMO and Toxin free so it's great for your nails & lasts so well...they also have one of the best permanent hair removal machines. Totally recommend!

I have been going to this spa for the last five years. Almost every time I have had a wonderful experience and anything that has been an issue in the past has always been quickly resolved with the upmost customer service and grace. It's easy when things go well but when they don't that is when you see how a business values their clients and Sanctum shines in this regard. I have had spa pedicures, eyebrow waxes and tints, hand, foot and a few of their different back massages. Everything is fabulous and I have recommended my partner's mother and my mom when she has come from overseas to have a spa day there. Couldn't recommend more.

Yesterday we had a couples massage of the neck, shoulder and back by Kathryn and Kayla and it was absolutely incredible. It is the best we have ever had. Such a lovely pampering experience carried out so professionally and with such care. Also the day before I had a deluxe manicure by Amanda who also did a wonderful job and was so kind and caring to me and making sure my nails were perfect. We would highly recommend and will definetly be back next time we are in town. Thank you so much.

I’ve been a customer of Sanctum since before it moved to its current premises....we go back a long way! Renee and her team of gorgeous girls make me feel welcome and relaxed every time I visit. I love that I can not only get the ‘housekeeping’ done 😉 but also both beauty and specialized treatments. The products they sell are divine. Thanks for all that you do team 💕

The Gold Standard of Skin Therapy, although they are much more than just your typical beauty parlour, they are Skin specialists and help transform and heal your skin from a deeper level - Renee has years of experience and understanding and has done an amazing job of setting the beauty standard here in the bay. Have tried many other places, and nothing compares. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had break outs for months - used various products and been to countless salons. Amy fixed it in 2 facials and gave me Aspect products to try - which are amazing!! Unfortunately I don’t live in Tauranga anymore, because I haven’t found a salon as good..

This Spa was fantastic, from the moment I was greeted to the completion of my massage. The Therapist was very professional and the massage was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will be back again soon.

I had such a rejuvenating, relaxing and professional massage. Definitely recommend Sanctum not only for their exceptional service, but also for the quality of their treatments and products! 5 stars aren't enough!

Really beautiful, peaceful environment. Lovely attention to detail service. Very professional, knowledgeable and warm. No push to sell their products after your treatment but rather some gentle advice to consider. Highly reccomend this spa, you won't be dissapointed.

Omg - after a huge Term at work for a high school I was desperate for some TLC - the best thing I could've done for myself was book an appointment at Sanctum. After a tough year of rebuilding, the sanctum day spa is looking better than ever with a stunning new exterior to go with its beautiful rooms and awesome staff!! A few new faces in the sanctum team have brought a fresh new feel!!! A great spot!!

Iv been visiting sanctum for 5+years now my go to place good quality clean professional place staff very friendly helpfull you are able to choose your preferred staff memeber which is awesome.

Just got an amazing facial, waxing and henna eyebrow tinting done here today! Was so good! 10/10 best in the bay by far! Will definitely be back there very soon :)

It may just be me but lying on a bed is an awkward position to have a pedicure. It was quite a strain on my back with my feet in a bowl. Lovely girl though.
