I've been working with Michelle and absolutely love the way my skin has been transformed. I went in looking for product and was introduced to the membership. At no point did I feel like I was being sold to. I'm so pleased I signed up for this and really loving the journey. Michelle takes the time to understand what my routine is and doesn't try to get me in to a new routine she knows I won't do, rather works with what I'm doing and makes suggestions accordingly. Her knowledge is outstanding and explains things easily, so I know what is happening and why. Highly recommend her to all.

Rosie was very professional & fully explained the treatment I was about to have. During the treatment Rosie explained exactly what she was about to do & what she was using. I went for the enzyme therapy session a friend recommended to me and I wasn't expecting to get that level of relaxation 🧖🏻‍♀️ I thought I was going to get this mask on my face but "Emily" took me literally to heaven 😌 Every single step, from interview, face cleaning, exfoliation, mask, massage even on my hands, the music! creams and oils with so good smell was wonderful!! I highly recommend it! Ps.: The Milk cleanser was my fave and now I love having it at home🧴 Thank you guys and specially thanks to Emily 🙌🏻

Had my first ever facial yesterday at Mount Skin & Body with Michelle and it was the most pleasant first experience ever. Greeted with a cold glass of water and a treat and the ladies were super friendly. Michelle was extremely genuine and cared about my skin needs. Michelle also went out of her way to write up a skin prescription on what products would be best suited for my skin which was much appreciated. Overall the place is beautiful and is such a calming space! Would 100% recommend this place :)

I was given a voucher as a birthday present so I booked the Ultra Bright Energy Treatment. The therapist was professional and the premises were clean and inviting, however the treatment I received was not exactly as described on the website as I did not receive the 'hot towel therapy and aromatherapy massage on my feet and legs'. I reread the description when I returned home and realised that this part of the treatment had been missed. Otherwise, I enjoyed the facial and was happy with the results.

Just stepping into their facilities makes me feel so calm and relaxed that its hard to leave after my treatment. Emily D. is who I've been seeing for almost a year now - she's absolutely great and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Emily and the clinic without hesitation. Today I went for my first ever facial here. I had kaylee do my facial today she was so helpful knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable ans relaxed. Went in for an eyebrow wax. Soon as I got in, the girl was telling me I was having trouble with my acne and that I needed to get a facial and buy their supplements. Came across a bit confronting and rude as that's not why I was there, felt like she was just trying to sell me onto a fad to make a buck. Wax was very hot compared to what I've had elsewhere and she didn't actually do a great job shaping either (I didn't have my glasses on so didn't realise until I got home). She didn't seem to have trimmed my brow hairs (even though we spoke about it). The place is nice enough, a bit dark inside, but smelt nice and they offered me a water.

I had the deluxe facial at Mount Skin & Body and it was an hour of complete bliss. The treatments chosen were tailored to me specifically, as we started with a proper skin diagnosis. My skin felt absolutely phenomenal afterwards – so lovely and soft, so fresh and clean. AND I got the most relaxing neck, shoulder and scalp massage while the nourishing mask did its magic, so it was as good for my stressed body and mind as it was for my face! You’ll be in excellent hands at Mount Skin & Body.

Got a massage as a gift. I have tried quite a lot of beauty/ massage place in and around tauranga and the mount. The amenities were very well done and can be considered high standard for mount. I found that the choice of massage length were a little awkward, for example 75 min ( for the price making 80 or 90 minutes would be fair). The massage rooms are very small and no cooling system in them leaving for only option a small fan that makes way to much noise to relax but necessary to keep cool. Overall a good experience, the massage was relaxing, maybe a little bit arrogant on the prices if service standard is not 100% . Location is close to the center of mount maunganui but does not add much value to the experience as there are no windows or outside area to relax in.
