I go every month to do my nails - The girls there are very nice & do such a good job. The owner is lovely as well. My only suggestion is to play Brazilian music instead of main stream music because it’s just better lol

Great place to go, nails are great quality and last. Clean, tidy and relaxing!

Highly recommend! Have had a good experience every time and never disappointed. The salon is nice and clean and the staff are always friendly. Very impressed with the lady that did my pedicure yesterday, she did such a good job and gave the best massage.

Good relaxing service and I would highly recommend. Nails look amazing and I'm really happy with the colour :)

They know what they're doing. Exceptionally trustworthy with years of experience.

The nail tech took care with my gel manicure to make sure it looked good, the length was even etc.

I have been three times to Rio Beauty so far and it's been great each time. Very clean premises, lovely chairs to sit in, nice staff and a good-looking pedicure. Care is taken and the foot and leg massage is wonderful :) Thank you Rio Beauty.

Wonderful experience with Amy today! She was so delicate and thoughtful. I went in and asked if they could take me. She found a place for me 40 minutes later (amazing!). She gave me good advice about the colors and what would look good on me, served me tea and did an amazing job with my toe nails. I have super small toe nails so the nail technician usually put color outside the nails. This time, it was perfect! Thanks for doing such an amazing job. I will stop on my way back to Auckland for sure!

I had my nails done. This was the 1st time I had come as a customer, at this, salon. The lady who gave me my manicure, provided a great service. I was, so happy! She paid attention to detail and was very friendly towards me. The next time me and my husband visited, was 2 days later for an hr massage each. My massage was cut short to half an hr! Apparently I was disrespectful. I had asked for a smile from the lady as she looked unhappy. I also had mentioned that I had, a mall massage once before. But said, it massages like a robot and I said that, she was much better! The light was then, switched on. She said she was only doing half an hr and that I had been disrespectful towards her. I was shocked and stunned as my husband was waiting for his hr massage. Which was also cancelled! We were visiting on the long weekend. And thought we would see, but support the salon, as we knew the proprietor. Spend time there, as it was a good way to fill our time, enjoy, but most of all, relax! Instead we were asked to leave and not to get in touch or make contact every again! Due to our experience. I will never get a massage again, at a salon. Guess, I will stick to the mall, massaging chairs! Although they don't smile. They give a better, massage, customer service.

Awesome pedicures gorgeous toes and great massages.

Really enjoyed our time here! The Brazillian ladies were lovely and fun to talk to while we had our manicures. Great eyebrow wax service too! They were also happy to fix my sister's nail polish when she smudged it shortly after leaving. Can't wait to go back there again.

I got an SNS manicure. I asked for ombre and the lady took a lot of care doing them for me, even though it was her first time doing ombre. They turned out beautifully. She didn't even charge me extra for the ombre. Thank you so much!

Had the most wonderful massage here by Nuzia it felt like an hour one but was a half hour one. My daughter and i then came back for a pedicure which was lovely we were well looked after and was lovely to see a bit of culture of Brazil through hearing the language as well. ☺

Friendly and bubbly staff, great quality products. My nails last more than two weeks and they have great variety of colors. Magnetic gel polishes available aswell. Great service and clean place

1st going there & will definitely will go back

I went in on short notice to see if they could give me a 1hr massage. Nuzia took me almost straight away. I have had massages all over the world and this was one of the best! Will definitely come again. Excellent customer service and decently priced. Thanks.

I went here today for a wax and it was magical! The staff are very caring about your needs and are so kind and friendly! The building itself was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

The service was so quick and easy, the girls were so friendly and engaged in conversation with all customers, I went in for acrylics and they are fantastic and felt like they were put on in no time at all. I definitely recommend this place and can see myself becoming a regular customer

What a lovely place! Went for an eyelash tint and Nezia (sp?) convinced me to do my brows as well. She did a gorgeous job all around and she was a delight to chat with :) I’ll definitely be back!

Always lovely to come sit relax and the ladies really take care of you. My nails always come out perfect.

Open late nights so you can go after work making it super convenient and the lady I saw ( cant remember her name but I think she was Brazilian) was awesome.
