The massage and facial I had was fantastic, I was impressed with the levelof professionalism and knowledge the beautician had, that I've already rebooked myself in for another appointment. Looking forward to becoming a regular client and visiting again.

After this purchase I found my 4 week old covered in poo in the car. I was allowed to used the Spa's bathroom to wash up the baby whilst my toddler was distracted and had her nails painted pink. Even in this situation unrelated to your spa services, you were exceedingly helpful and generous towards my predicament. That is fantastic customer service through and through!! THANK YOU
